Hey peeps. Its the summer time and I'm loving it! heart Except for the fact that I have to still wake up at 7:00 in the morning to got to a 7:45 am swim practice coached by the coach that I like the least, Ian. gonk How's this for luck? During Gators (winter time swimteam) I had Ian for a coach and he was my least favorite swim coach I ever had. Then this year, on the barracudas (summertime swim team) my dad said there would be a bunch of changes on the barracudas, including the coaching staff. Then my favorite coach that I had last year, quit and then my dad said that some gator's coaches would be coaching the Barracudas. It didn't even cross my mind that Ian might be coaching on the Barracudas. Then my dad said that he would be teaching the 8 and unders and I am not one of those! THEN, he comes home from one of the parent meetings and tells me: "Ian's teaching your age group." Then it cuts to the scene where I am on my knees yelling at the top of my lungs, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" gonk (ok so maybe it wasn't that dramatic, but thats how I felt on the inside. dramallama ) But I was happy yesterday because the swim meet was canceled because of a tornado warning. YAY TORNADOS! I swear that Ian also has the IQ of those stupid fishflies that swarm at the pool. He was arguing with another coach because he wanted to eat ON THE POOL DECK. cheese_whine No one eats on the pool deck! Not even the head coach! If we even have gatorade at the meets, they confiscate it from us. rolleyes
The new thing that has really pissed me off is the new gaia layout. This is just total betrayal to the ones who have been loyal to gaia through out the years. scream I've been a gaian since 7/10/2004 and just as soon as I got used to old "new" layout, they had to spring this baby on me. gonk It looks like a FREAKING KIDS PUPPIES AND KITTIES CHILDREN'S WEBSITE!!! Maybe I'll do a story featuring a gaian revolt. BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR ONE! This is just total stab in the back for loyal gaians. Lanzer and Vo should be trying to accomodating to the ones who have been loyal, donate to the site regularly and seen gaia through thick and thin! I think thats enough ranting for today. sweatdrop
Random thought for the day: Is it ironic that my new favorite song has a main chorus line that says: Die white Girls, and I'm a white girl?
