Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace
My CV
So here's a resume of my most important jobs, in chronological order.

Paladin (or something of the style) - Maple Story
While not my first MMORPG, it was the first one that I played extensively.
Started playing it along with Tigeramam, and we both were a heavy tank class. Big. Fricking. Mistake. Killing stuff took way to hecking time.
The game itself was very grindy too, what an awful game, but I didnt know better... Moved on and never looked back.

Thief/Treasure Hunter - Luna Online
While playing the borefest that was Maple, a friend told me about this new game Luna Online. It was good, much less grindy, simpler classes. Decent game overall.
I picked thief because I wanted to move away from the tank class and wanted to try a move dynamic one. I got carried away with the game... A month or two after I started to play the game I became the highest leveled character in the server, and the first one to acquire the third class (I chose the bomb throwing Treasure Hunter).
Got bored because there was no more content, and because the moderators on that server were non-existent.

Paladin/Templar - Grand Fantasia
I remember when I started the open beta of the game I initially chose the berserker, but once the game properly started I changed to Paladin, definitely the best choice. From then on I was going to be known as Holy Templar.

I became a pretty solid tank in that game. Who would know that if you focused on the class strength the class would actually be good?
I was a well known great tank, with a friend we would we go to high leveled places to power level. I would use my stun lock and she would heal me and cast reflective something. Wonder where Halcy is now...

Anyway, nothing last forever and moved on from that job.
(Bonus: Video I made for a competition, got some rewards out of it too!)

Many - Eden Eternal
Eden Eternal was the spiritual successor to Grand Fantasia. Made by the same company, it was quite similar but much more dynamic gameplay.
Started as a tank again, but this time I was not as good as before. Focusing solely on the class strength was not good for this game.

Then they released a new race, the halflings and it was said that they were good for spell casters. I gave them a try and.... wooo boy. Were they good or what? Mephistopheles became to spell casting what Holy Templar was to tanking. Seeing those number fly and one hit stuff was fun indeed.
With a buddy we would go to a dungeon both was mages and kill the everything inside. Looks like you don't need a tank when you dont give the monster the chance to hit you.

After some hiatus. I gave barding a try out of necessity. There was a trick to power level someone by doing a trick with the bard class. It was hard to learn but easy to master. I dont remember how I learnt it, maybe by watching another friend do it, but soon after I started to sell bard runs. It was fun.

The guild I was in was reasonably big. I remember that we had to make a second guild for lower level people, and then move them to the main one. I enjoyed crafting stuff for new people so I remained in the secondary guild and helped run it. It was good, until guild drama started.

I left Eden Eternal, sadly it stopped being fun. Great game though.

Mage - Final Fantasy XIV
Mephisto made his comeback many years later in FF XIV. While the game allows you to be any class, as in Eden Eternal, my main was a mage halfling.
Same story, min-maxing the game to make those numbers go as high as possible. Enjoyed it all over again.
I had to quite FF XIV due to school, left many friends there... amazing game. Would play it again.

There were obviously many other games and jobs, but those were the most important. I played dozens to MMORPG's, but cant remember the names so they were not as good. I do remember some sort of Tactic-TowerDefense-RPG, I played it with Tigeramam but cant remember the name at all, it seemed to be in open beta or something because it hardly had content at all.

Welp, thats it.
