well my job has gotten worse....
turns out a pipe collapsed in our parking lot. this triggered a massive sewage backup that hit the building my job is in.
now next door to us is a popular night spot called the five spot. they had it much worse since apparently the sewage came up through the toliets, kitchen, and dining area floor.
thanks to cruel irony they had a concert with around 300 people going on when this happened. the resulting pool of crap probably dettered most of those 300 people from ever coming back.
as for our side we lost the toilet and right now its getting pretty ripe in the back.
though the repair crew is ouside and is tring to fix the pipe all they've done so far has knocked out power for the entire neighborhood.
ahh.... little five points....the entire neighborhoods plumbing and wiring dates back to the 80's and it really shows at times like this.
thankfully the resturants here all have bathrooms i can use when i make the lunch run.
i hope they fix that pipe soon!
