TLDR She is a tough skinned opinionated female who works out a lot doesnt care to be bothered by others stupidity. She is 5 foot 9, lean muscles, busty, fair skinned, Doesnt normally smile. The Thunder Elemental Name: Valerie Hinox Gender: Female Age: 26 Other Pictures: [ 1 ] [ 2 ] [ Avi ] Alignment: Neutral-ish Height and Weight: 5 foot 9 inches, 170 Lbs (noticeable muscles but lean) Weapons: Anything around her, Her body(Street Fighter), Sound Amplification/Control(Carries around a portable BT speaker), Electricity Control Weaknesses: Earth Magic(depending), Water Magic(depending), Most human weaknesses Sexuality: Lesbian Valerie was a rowdy kid in a poor neighborhood. Her loud mouth and tough skin were what was always getting her into trouble, though didn't mean to. But since she hung out with the wrong crowd, She was always quick to deny her "friends" of doing something too destructive. But also to rambunctious to follow all the rules. That's where the trouble came. Calming down as she got older, but still having her rowdy personality, she has a slight temper, talks out of turn, and always speaks her mind. Valerie is a very opinionated woman, but doesn't believe in either side of the city's "sections". She works out regularly and knows how to fight due to her younger days and loud mouth getting her into trouble. But now that she was chosen, with her thunderous personality and moral compass, she is a nobody turned somebody trying to keep her head low to stay out of the "Politics" of the impending situation. She tries to avoid the other chosen children, including the other neutral, as she knows, or at least believes, that her mouth will cause more harm then control just as it did in her past.
