These are two original characters created by Skamori and I (Celis is hers), and the excerpts come from a roleplay.

Celis Asfael
Age: Late teens
Height: 5’8”
Body type: Curvy, busty, but lean
Hair: Deep garnet red, alternating with dark violet highlights. Cropped short, parted so that it covers right side of face.
Eyes: Violet-blue, with vertical demon pupils
Skin: Medium tan
Physical details: She has grey ram’s horns, which curl over towards her eyes. Her ears are elongated and tapered, and she has dark red, small demonic wings. Also, the right side of her face was scarred in a swirling pattern, but she hides it with her hair. Her fingernails are slightly pointed too; she’s of succubus descent, but is only part demon.
Clothing: Living in a rundown, dark sort of city, her clothes are slightly frayed and liberally patched in the case of her skirts. They’re intended to be vibrantly colored and constructed of multiple fabrics: “bright, patch-covered skirts…[that]…rippled behind her like the plumage of some exotic bird.” Similarly, her stockings are eccentrically striped and have holes.
Personality: Celis is a strong-willed, independent outcast from a large, elitist family of demons. Though sometimes stoic on the outside, she has a childish, curious nature and can be patient and gentle. But, being a demon well versed in magic, she is a highly formidable foe.
Misc: She has a tiny pet serpent, which has red eyes, brightly colored wings, and two small paws, which likes to curl around her neck or wrist. Her main weapons are two razor-sharp metal fans, engraved with small designs. She also carries/owns several musical instruments, like flutes, pipes, and lyres, which are used to channel her magic.

Arlan
Age: Around 9 – 12
Height: Err... short
Body type: Extremely skinny, bony, street urchin-y
Hair: Ebony black. Very curly/wavy, curls onto his face, and the back is slightly long.
Eyes: Sapphire blue, normal pupils
Skin: Very fair
Physical details: Tapered demonic ears, but short, not as long as Celis’s. Sprouting from his bony back are very small, entirely black, feathered wings. According to this story, he’s half demon and half “celestial,” which is an angel-type thing – and thus the ultimate social outcast.
Clothing: “He was a pathetically skinny-looking boy, garbed in a greasy rag of a tunic with matted locks that normally might have been black, and entirely too unimposing overall, looking like he had been living in a dustbin for an extended period of his life.”
While I’d rather not have him unrecognizably filthy skin- and hair-wise (a few smudges are good), his clothes can be as dirty as possible. He wears an oversized tunic that might once have been of decent quality, but has been worn ragged, with rips and holes and the like. It should be some dark color, like forest green.
Personality: As described by Celis (mentally), Arlan’s “a little demonic brat. …He seemed about as thoughtless and cold as a full demon, with, perhaps, the locked away murmur of a conscience in the back of his mind.” Truly he is a devilish boy, highly mischievous, cocky, scornful, and selfish. He takes pleasure in violence and bloodshed, despises adults, and bullies other children, but deep inside (way inside) he’s a lost child yearning to be loved.

Request:
I’d like you to draw Celis and Arlan in their home, which is little more than an empty room in an abandoned building. (“The dividing walls within had long since collapsed and even the boards which had closed off windows and doors were falling down.”) There’s broken glass underfoot, and sunlight spills through the boarded up windows into the shadowy space. There could be the remains of a fire from the night before.
Arlan and Celis are both seated side by side on a heap of random clothes against the wall, leaning on each other like they’re sleeping. One of them, or both of them, could be gazing off somewhere, dreamily/absentmindedly, as if having woken a while ago and not moved yet. Or, both can still be sleeping peacefully. Whichever you happen to like better. =] (Additionally: Celis need not have her boots or belt thing on.)
