I was sick yesterday, so I missed an entire day of school, not to mention our winter concert. Our band teacher's policy docks points for missing concerts, even if it is excused. I had two choices...
1. Do nothing and get an 80%
2. Write a two-page report over a composer and get a 97%
Naturally, being the grade-shark that I am, I chose to do the report. Five hours later, here I am with a finished report on Nobuo Uematsu, which I shall turn in tomorrow, (What did you expect me to do... Mozart?!), and really tired typing-fingers. I had been headbanging to The Black Mages' remix of "Those Who Fight Further" for the entire duration of my research-and-typing period. That's a lot of rock-remixed Final Fantasy music... I did learn a lot of interesting stuff, though I think I'll avoid getting sick on concert days from now on... if that's possible. Well, now I've gotta go wash dishes!
