Im doing much better, while not 100% I feel Im at least 80% - 85% as I have calmed an healed the worst of it so far.

I still have a nagging cough, but its isnt as severe an now also not regularly a deep cough. No blood for at least a day and a 1/2, I still have a slightly stuff nose.

On unrelated note, partially removed a nail again. It is also nearly healed as well. As all it would do is bleed an be sore a short time.
