Hello, Im about to go to bed. Ive decided to self medicate as I have been sore/ moody all yesterday an 3 hours already today,
I will be taking what works for me in hopes Ill sleep at least 12 or more hours...
Benadryl, Melatonin, Cough Syrup,
We will see what happens, last time I almost made it 13 hours.
I dont have any reason to be awake, so at least Ill dream.
