OKAY!! Sorry I haven't updated in awhile, I was REALLY busy with raising my pokemons. But here we go!
My last post was rather hasty and didnt describe to the fullest my adventures.. I'll do more indepth on them now.
Lets see.. West of Oldale town is Petalburg City, home of my father's gym. He wouldn't let me challenge him yet as I'm not strong enough.. But I have a feeling when I am strong enough I might just be stronger then my dad.
I met this cool kid named Wally and helped him catch his first Pokemon, a <b>Ralts</b>. He seemed really excited about it so I'm glad I made his day. I hung around the outskirts of town to see what else I could catch.. <b>Ralts, Surskit, and Seedot</b> were what I caught around Petalburg. West of Petalburg is a forest full of bug-types. I caught a <b>Cascoon</b> (got really lazy and fed up with the <b>Silcoons</b> I was getting..), <b>Shroomish</b>, and <b>Taillow</b>. In the middle of the forest I saw some bullies bullying this Researcher from Devon Corp. They wanted something the researcher had.. My expert team of pokemons defeated them no sweat though smile I'm so proud of them.
So I saved the guy, he gave me a Great Ball, which is similar to a pokeball except that it catches pokemon easier~
I challenged a bunch of trainers in the forest too, all victorious of course.

After I got through the forest I found this quaint little berry shoppe. A nice little girl gave me a rare berry, so I planted it in their loamy soil outside. Berries are so useful, pokemon can hold them and use them in battle without taking a turn away from you! Very sweet. Anyway, I spent awhile cultivating my berry patches and harvesting and replanting so my berry crop grew exponentially. I got a little bored with that though so I challenged some trainers on the route going north to Rustboro. These were more difficult battles and I nearly lost two of them.. although I had my first experience with a two on two battle!! eek that was exciting and hard to coordinate..
Once in Rustboro I decided that I should start training again. I had to get a few levels higher so I could challenge Roxanne and not be afraid of losing. Northwards, I caught a couple new species: <b>Nincada</b> and <b>Whismur</b>. Whismur is so weird. She is either really loud or really quiet and is immune to most stat-lowering moves like Growl.
I challenged the gym and emerged victorious. My <b>Shroomish</b> grew to level 13 in there all by himself smile
After that I went outside to see where to continue on with my quest when, wouldn't you know it, those bullys from Team Magma were bothering the same guy! He ran off with another thing that the researcher needed so I chased after him and defeated him in the Rusturf Tunnel. I returned the goods to the researcher and he took me to see his boss, the President of the corporation!! He gave me two missions; take the Devon Goods to Capt. Stern in Slateport city and to deliver a letter to Steven in Dewford. In return he gave me a PokeNavi, this really neat thing that tells me all this random information about everything and has this nifty map feature... Whee!
I took a ferry to Dewford and found Steven in Granite Cave. He told me somethings and gave me a TM47. While in the cave I caught <b>Abra, Makuhita, Mawile, Zubat and Aron</b>. I haven't challenged the gym yet as I know I need to be much stronger to do it - its a fighting-type gym and I heard those are tough to beat.
So thats all thats happened, sorry for the long update sweatdrop .
Oh, actually I took the ferry east over to Slateport and north of there I caught <b>Plusle, Minun, Electrike, Gulpin, and Oddish</b>. heart

Started my quest. Just moved to Littleroot town.. wow. What a tiny place, there is only like three homes and most of the town is taken up by a labratory owned by Prof. Birch.
He doesn't seem like the best pokemon professor though - I had to resque him from this weak little <b>Poochyena</b>.. But he gave me a free <b>Mudkip</b> for doing so smile .

His daughter, May, challenged me to duel her <b>Treecko</b> and, of course, I won. She gave me 5 pokeballs as a winning prize, hehe. I caught a <b>Zigzagoon</b>, <b>Wurmple</b>, and a <b>Poochyena</b>.. the defaults for trainers around here xp . Can't wait to get out in the world and catch better varieties!!
Birch gave me this thing called a Pokedex.. May said she was going to race me to finish it; that sounds like an amusing contest, and I'm going to beat her at it too.
Tehe. My pokemon are so strong already.



((Since I haven't gotten that far in these games I'll just post their stats and sprites :D))
