"The computer is working fine...and the printer is working fine...but you see...There are African American drug lords living in the apartment above me...and they're sending hacking signals to my computer so it wont read the printer...Now, I know computers have internet security, and I baught it from you...So you're responsible for my security, what can you do about it?"
"Ummm....Well...Since you baught the computer a year ago, we arnt responible currently. We can only exchange or return your computer with in 45 days of purchase, and since you've had it over the year, it's a manufacturer's issue."
"I called them already, and they said they couldnt help me."
"Did you purchase security for your computer?"
"I shouldnt have to do that. The computer comes with it."
"Well, yes...but it's only a trial version, and you're responsible for further security."
"No I'm not! If you cant sell me a computer that is safe from hackers then I wont buy from you! Goodbye!"
