A few months ago Book Depository closed down, thanks to Amazon.
BookDepo was great, a huge variety of books, not overpriced, and free shipping. Since I discovered it, I started to buy more books more often.
So when I read the news, I didn't take it well. I panicked. I feared that I was not going to be able to complete some of my book collections, or not miss out on books I always wanted to have.
So I did what any rational person would do, buy a shitload of books.
I started by buying batches of Stephen King books that I was missing, and then... everything I could think of. I made a new purchase every 2 days for a month. I think I bought around 75-ish books. For months I kept receiving packages with books.
But it was 100% worth it.
