I gots me a new hoodie. =D Took me long enough. It's a size small, but it fits like a size large... O.o I'm not small, this hoodie is just really big. But it's so comfy. whee And it goes great with my new hat...

Finally starting to finish up the plans for my cosplay costume. whee Right now I'm working on some sketches so that I can pay attention to the details a bit more. whee This is so cool. We're going to have some major problems with the tendrils. o.O But without them the costume is just nothing. xd and look at those buckles! I don't think I have enough gold cloth, and we bought them out. xp I'm still designing her hat... and how I'm going to be able to put this dratted costume on. xd
My mum and I have been angrily agreeing over her shoes. "Those heels are going to be terrible to walk in! >=O" "Well, I could just walk flatfooted! There's no need for heels!" "We could get you some toe shoes and you could go up on your toes when someone wants a picture! >=O"
I'll be more than happy to post a picture in April once this costume is done. =3 I must say, though, it's discouraging to make this thing... I have seen other cosplayers in costumes modeled after this, and they look really terrible. gonk Maybe it's just because they used a thick fabric (we're using something almost silk-like), and it makes them too bulky, or maybe it's because this is really just a costume that should be left to the professionals. >.>;; Either way, we have already spent over $100 on the cloth alone, so there's no turing back.
