" No, I'm afraid not even a rock the size of all of us put together would save us from the storm's wrath! This one looks like it'll be OFF THE HOOK MAN!" jack answered the "anxeous" Kuwabara, his voice sounding far more serious than his actual words did coming out from his mouth.

Sighing inwardly Gargoyle silently agreed with his friend. Looking up into the omonious clouds above them, it was obvious that there would be nothing that would spared them from the icy winds, curtains of rain, and dark bolts of death beams. Souls don't really need to fear of lightning, its the body made of flesh, blood, and easily shattered bones that do. However, the so-called, "Death beams" were far worse than lightning, they were great flashed of darkness, invisible to the eyes as it blends in with the dark sky busy pelting down rain the size of large rocks. But, as many souls in the land of torment had experienced time and time again, was that once you were struck by a single bolt of the Death beams, your soul would be filled with the agonizing pain felt once before on their death day.

"Jack, we should- " Turning towards his friend he stopped in his sentence, the sight before him taking him by suprise. " Jack?"

With his hands folded in what looked like a prayer, the young skeleton boy stood with his eyes fixed upon Sakura. " I am so happy..she's finally truely one of us! OOHHH ONE OF US AT LAST!!" His voice dripping with happiness, he ran forward and glomped his fellow clan member with joy bursting from within his rib cage.
"WAY TO GO KIDDO! YOU DID IT!!!!!! YAAHOOO! It feels GREAT to be a Pumpkin Clan member doesn't it?! "
Bouncing up and down, Jack seemed about ready to loose his mind! Well, at least what was left of it anyways...Although along with Jack's happiness, and Sakura's obvious confusion..there was one who wasn't feeling so 'giddy' or 'overjoyed' to see Jack.

" Dear lord YOU'RE INSANE YOU LITTLE Bag o' bones! Can't you see I'm busy here!?" Sounding as happy as a turkey at Thanksgiving, Grim towered over the young skeleton boy, his empty eyes ablaze with inner fire.

"Uh...whats going on..? " Sakura said still confused. She was happy to have Jack there, but still all the same, she certainly wasn't ready for all that was going on.

"Geez, look at 'em go." Kuwabara said watching the two skeletons go at it, Grim being suprisingly agil for someone apparently eons old.
"Hn, fools..this is stupid.." Hiei scoffed, his eyes however moving towards Sakura, that funny feeling springing up within him again. It burned at his insides, his heart felt like it was on fire. "feh.."

In the long line of souls, Javert and his love stood trying to ignore the shouts and insults coming from the people around them. " If I hear one more person say 'cow' I think I may beat someone with my cudgel. " The inspector said under his breath.
Standing on her toes, Christina tried to see over the throng of people in order to see what was happening..it all sounded interesting. She could have sworn she heard someone shout, " BEAT THAT NOISY LITTLE BONE BOY!!" ..."Javvviieee...??" Turning towards her love, she put on a puppy-dog face and clung to his shirt innocently. " Would you PLEASE lift me up? I wanna see the fight! "

"What?" Javert looked at her and wanted to say no, but his heart said yes..over and over again. "Fine. " He replied, giving in to her, he picked her up gently by the waist and hoisted her up upon his shoulders. His cheeks turning a bright red.
Not too far from them, the crowd of people, and the detectives, stood a lone misty figure, facing them the figure looked up at the brewing storm and let out a cry of pain..the sky bringing back the only memory the empty shell of a soul had left within..
