Second day of trying to help my friend letting him play his game, and still no good. Alhtough however I did find some instructions that could be helpful:
"In Windows Explorer browse to your Morrowind install and right-click on the Saves folder. Choose properties.
You want to change your 'Security' settings, in Win2K (which I use) there's a separate tab for this. IIRC, in WinXP you need to click on a button marked 'Advanced'
When you've got to the Security tab you need to add your friend's user ID to the Name listbox and then specify the Permissions for that ID. I'd give 'em Full Control"
Today I'll see if that can work. I just need to print it out.
