To France, Goes my Dear Jessica.
Jessica is a very good friend of mine.
(Who happens to be my Mafia boss.)
She's leaving for France soon,
and I won't see her again
untill she comes back.
That sucks.
But I wish her the best of luck.

Jess was in town to say goodbye
to her peeps these last two days
(she lives in Cape Town now),
and yesterday, I got to spend
the whole day with her.
I rather enjoyed it.
We went to the show/fair-thing //IMPROPER TRANSLATION//
and we went on the swings.
It's a ride where you sit in a metal chair, (feet dangling),
that's connected with two chains to the round
bar up top, and they spin you round and round FAST.
There's like lots of seats back-to-back, so you can
kick and spin the person in front (or behind) you.
Jessica was murder on me. I was a first timer.
The momentum of the swinging motion
means that your chair gets flung outward, and you
kinda lean in sideways.
Jessica grabbed my chains and turned me round a few times,
which meant that I then had to unwind too.
That was hectic!
It happened so fast, that in the process of unwinding,
the momentum took me into a few turns in the wrong way,
and I had to re-unwind myself.
XD
Fun fun.
But it was too hot, so we
went over to her house and had some melktert.
Direct translation: "milk tart".
That's the best I can do. Shaddap. xd
Then we went over to De Kaapse Jongens,
a local restaurant, for some lunch.
I've never had lunch with only one friend
and myself, so I must say that I rather enjoyed it.
We then stopped at a bar that was en-route
to her house for a shot. I think it was called a 4X4.
We proceeded to her house, from where we
then went back to the showgrounds. I think.
Well blah blah blah, my sister then came into the picture,
we had some ice-cream, Jessica made me drop mine.
DRAMA. emo
To her house again, and PARTEH.
We went back to the showgrounds later that night,
//INSERT FUNNY STORY ABOUT SAVANNA SPILLED ON TABLE,
AND SUPSEQUENT TABLE-CHANGE//
and they closed on us just as we got settled in.
As we were walking to the gate, Slow threw oranges at us. XD
So...
BACK TO JESSSICA'S.
And then...
Before we knew it...
It was time to go home.
*Tear*.
I rather enjoyed myself, exept for an emo moment
where I spilled someone's drink by Jessica's computer.
That sucked.
First time I managed to party at Jess' with Hanri,
and I manage to look like a drunk. WHOO.
I'm so gonna hear it in Afrikaans Monday. XD
I got to see Tyler too, for a little while.
It was good to see him again.
Man.
This holiday was short.
And out of all the things I had planned,
I only managed to check off one thing on my list:
I FINISHED RE-DOING MY ENGLISH FILE.
It has the 'O RLY?' owl in it.
WIN.
Bah, I still haven't cleaned my room,
so I'm guessing tomorrow's the day for that.
