I would like to take a moment to say how very great my day was yesterday.

1) Got Mew. Spent an hour in line with other PokeFans! AN HOUR! It was great. I don't often get to hang out with my "peer group" as in gamers.

2) Met a girl IRL who plays GAIA at the Olive Garden after. That's a first for me. Daughter was wearing one of my Gaia shirts and the girl's all, oooh, hey, I play Gaia (actually she said she was one of those people that collects donation letters and gets rich).

3) Won a copy of a book I'm waiting for to come out, Melanie Rawn's Spellbinder from Pat's Fantasy Hotlist which regularily does giveaways of hardcover books coming out.

I'm just squeeing. I had a GREAT day yesterday.
