The Kennomatsuei family are the most realistic of the four Gaean families. Distinguished by their golden or amethyst-colored eyes, they also have another trait that many do not see: on the nape of their neck, where hair meets skin, are golden hawk feathers. They often keep these covered with either long hair or a hood or high collar or scarf of some sort. Most of this family is skilled in use of the sword, but there are the odd mage or long-distance fighter in the bunch. Almost all family members have a bird-of-prey 'bonded' to them at birth, and those that don't are considered lower than normal. However, these have often become Guardians to Keyblade Weilders, and hold a prominent position in history.
