Diet update XD
After four days on this diet I've lost a little over 7 pounds! After the first day I lost two pounds, second day 1 pound, third day 1/2 pound, and after the fourth day I lost 4 pounds. So yes, that is around 7 1/2 pounds I have lost so far. I probably would have lost a little more by now, but I haven't had much of an apetite for the soup. ):

Every time I would eat it my stomach would turn and I would have to literally force myself to eat it. I don't know what it is about it, but I really can't stomache it. I think it's because it reminds me of some dandilion and wild onion "soup" I would make in a bucket and let rot in the hot summer sun all day when I was a kid. I would never eat it of course, but I can still see that when I am eating the soup lol.

However, my mom suggested that I put the soup in the blender before I ate it. That made it much nicer. I can eat it just fine like that now. heart

Now that I have passed the first four days of the diet, it's seeming a lot easier. I can eat meat today! My mom cooked a brisket, which was really super filling. After I ate it though I felt as if I had eaten a huge plate of greasy fat, because I haven't eaten anything like that in a while now. So I had some pink grapefruit juice afterwards to help cut that greasy feeling in my tummy.

Tonight I am going to marinate boneless chicken breast in some orange juice and grill it tomorrow. I've never had chicken in such a simple marinade before, so we'll see how that works out. XD

When I take a 2-day break from the diet after the 7 days is up, I think I will try making some propper orange chicken. Eeeee, I love orange chicken. heart
