Alright I have delt with hiome cures for a while and came up with a list of things that have been proven to reduce and help cope with a migrane/ headache:
Peppermint, Cayenne pepper, Ginger ,Fish and fish oil, Foods rich in calcium (such as spinach, broccoli and kale), Foods rich in magnesium, such as spinach (maybe Popeye was right!) , Oatmeal, Wheat, and Garlic.
So whats something you can make to eat as ameal for a migrane?
Might I suggest oatmeal sprinkled with ginger, and a dash of Cayene pepper? Also, A pepermint SCENT in your home will help reduce the pain.
