She raises her weapon as he catches her eye,
She knows that this demon deserves to die.
She looses her footing and falls to the ground,
She prays that she had not made a sound.
She looks around for somewhere to hide
With a blink of an eye he's at her side
He grabs her neck, lifts her in the air
And meets her eyes with a viscious death glare.
He tells her she shall be his slave
If she wants to live she must behave.
He sinks his teeth into her vein
She struggles now and writhes in pain.
And as her breath starts to get slow
She begs for him to let her go
He laughs at her and lets her fall
He leaves her there, walks down the hall.
She wishes for him only death
She cries as she catches her breath.
She sits and watches him attack
She thinks of all the strength she lacks.
She waits for him, he takes so long.
He grabs her arm, drags her along.
He says that now is when she'll pay.
For trying to take his life today.
He beats her now she knows her place
The tears fall freely from her face.
She thinks back to the time when she
Was promised that she could be free.
And as this man unchains her now
She wants to die, if she knew how.
The one she loves is not yet here
He would save her if he were near.
She stabs herself, leaves with a smile
She knows she was in denile
If the man she loved, had loved her back
Her heart would still beat, her body intact
Her lover arrives, he knows her fate
He wanted to save her, he had been too late.
He watches in horror as she slowly dies.
And for the first time, her lover cries......
