SCENES 8 AND 9! WARNING: DO NOT READ THIS UNTIL YOU HAVE RE-READ SCENE 7. It won't make as good of sense. They flow better together....scene 7 was quite a few entries ago, so just pop back and look real quick right now. Alright, so now that you've re-read scene 7, here's 8 and 9 (they sorta go together, and they're both short, so I'm postin' 'em together), as long as we're still all determined to make this movie! Please enjoy, and COMMENT! SCENE 8 Charles and Anna Lucia on the beach, Charles sitting down unhappily, Anna facing the waves. Charles: He’s just such a spoiled brat! Anna Lucia: He’s angry. Charles: What? Anna Lucia: [gazing rather distantly] He’s angry with his parents, and hurt. He deals with it by being a rebel. I would’ve thought you’d have noticed that. Charles: Yeah, well, he’s got no right to act like that. His sisters act normal! Anna Lucia: [raise eyebrows] Do they? Charles: [pause] Well, Lily does have her imaginary friend….and Kate seems a bit overly protective of Lily, but that’s all I can think of. That’s not THAT weird, Anna Lucia…. Anna Lucia: And those aren’t ways of dealing with their parental abandonment? Charles: Well…. Alright, so you have a point….[pauses, then glances up at Anna] What’s made YOU the deep speculative one all of a sudden, missy therapist?! Anna Lucia: Hmm. Charles: [sighs] Well, thank you for your lovely contribution to the conversation, Anna Lucia… [silence, both looking out at the water for a bit] Anna Lucia: [small, evil smile] I should like to find out how their father is feeling, what with his children missing and all…[evil low laugh] Charles: hee hee hee. Anna Lucia: [turns to stare at him, looking appalled] Oh, dear lord, you don’t mean to tell me THAT is your evil laugh? Charles: [flustered] W-what?! What’s wrong with it?! Anna Lucia: You sound like a cackling goose! Charles: Well, excuse moi, mademoiselle, but I happen to like my laugh! Anna Lucia: It needs work! No, scratch that. It needs a bulldozed makeover. [sighs] Try again. Charles: No! You’ll only make fun of me! Anna Lucia: Try again! Charles: Fine. Gosh….[takes deep breath] [does weird, high pitched giggle] [second of silence] Anna Lucia: Never do that again in your natural-born life. Charles: [opens mouth in indignation] W-! Well, fine then, miss- miss- [stutters for words] Oh, I’m going to go pick up the kids’ food plate! Good BYE! [stands up] Anna Lucia: Oh, I’m coming with you. I want to talk to them again. Charles: [scowls] Fine. [Anna makes portal, they walk through and end up in the chamber] Anna Lucia: [whips around to face bookcase] It’s open! [they run over and see that the kids are gone] Anna Lucia: Didn’t you close the portal when you left?! Charles: [eyes widens, cringes slightly] Um…I may’ve, erm, forgotten to, um, well, yes, in my haste, perhaps….[trails off] Anna Lucia: [slaps him on head] You worthless prissy boy! They’ve escaped! Charles: Ow… [they race out of the room, head up the stairs] END OF SCENE 8 SCENE 9 Scene opens with the kids on the Roberti’s front lawn. Kate: Where to now? Raven: I don’t know where we are! We could be anywhere on earth! Lily: Chrissy and I are worried, Katie…. Kate: Shh, it’s alright…all we have to do is find someone to tell us where we are. [glance up and down deserted street] Raven: Nice, Kate, good thinking. [rolls eyes] Kate: Well excuse me! It was YOUR brilliant escape plan in the first place! Lily: Stop fighting! You guys are always fighting! Kate: [sighs in agreement] You’re right, you’re right…I just wish we knew where we are! Raven: Well, we’d better hurry up and get off her front lawn, in case they figure out we’re gone! Charles: [bursts through front door with Anna Lucia] Too late! Raven: Oh, st! [grabs girls, all turn to run] [Anna Lucia appears in front of them, the work of some sort of spell. Turn to go the other way and Charles is there. Evil pair back the kids into the front of the house (by the two big trees)] Anna Lucia: So, you thought you could just run away, hmm? Raven: Well if it weren’t for you and your stupid magic tricks, we’d be outta here! Anna Lucia: Raven, curb your temper. It’s gonna land you in trouble someday. Raven: Oh, would you shut up already?! I’m tired of your stupid- Anna Lucia: Stop pretending you’re a man, Raven. You’re nothing but a small, pathetic boy who can’t deal with his emotions. [Raven’s face shows he’s stung] Raven: I can’t handle my emotions, huh? Interesting that you say that, you know why? You’re still pissing and moaning about some loser who ditched you SEVEN freaking years ago, and you just won’t get over it, so you take out your anger on a buncha KIDS. Swallow THAT you cold-hearted b*h- [Anna Lucia slaps him] [long silence] Anna Lucia: [quietly] Charles, take them back. END OF SCENE 9

	Okay comments....... 1. I FREAKING LOVED IT, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? 2. CHARLES IS SO FRICKIN' CUTE!!!!!! I CAN SEE WHY KATE LIKES HIM!!!! 3. ANNA LUCIA AND CHARLES' RELATIONSHIP IS SUPER CUTE!!! 4. I loved the part with the laughs. I can SO imagine Claire doing that. Claire!!! You're going to be SO cute!! You're going to get a lot of hugs!! 5. I noticed that line, "Never say that again in your natural-born life." I'm the one who said that to one of you guys, right? I think that came from me. 6.Noo!!! Raven gets slapped!!! 7. 	ooh, YAY! Thank you for your enthusiasm, it brings a smile to my face, me dear....sighs in an over-dramatic enactment of being emotionally touched Really, though, thanks. And wow....apparently everything is just cute cute cute....ahem I was hoping for a little depth, but I suppose cute works too. OF COURSE RAVEN GETS SLAPPED! D'you have any idea how great it felt to be able to write something so DRAMA DRAMA DRAMATIC?! biggrin I mean....I know it's unfortunate, but I had to have it in there.....erm.... And yes yes yes, that is YOUR line, of course! I just thought it was funny, and it came to me as I was writing so I hope you don't mind me using it! CREDIT GOES TO MAYA ON THAT LINE! Why d'you feel bad for each of those characters, out of curiosity for your reasoning?!

	Yes, cute means many different things. Because Charles is being teased, Anna hurt is being stepped on and broken into tiny tiny little peices. And Raven is just like what Anna Lucia said he was. Hurt and bitter.

	Oh, oh yes....you know, I get sympathy for my characters too.... tiny tiny pieces? eek sweatdrop Um...okay.... I'm glad you get how Raven is. I felt like no one was getting why he acted how he was, and I always had to explain it. Of course now I'm sort of afraid of it being TOO obviously stated in the scene...oh well.....

	No! You are NOT being too obvious. This is completely random. But if we DO see eachother tomorrow, we can maybe transport ourselves on bikes or whatever. But if we happen to stop by my house, I want you to see this one video game. This hedgehog called Shadow is one of the main characters, and when he falls off a cliff or dies, he says, "NO!!" And the way he says it is SO freaking funny. So tomorrow if you hear it you have to imagine me saying it like that whenever say "no" to you. Complete randomness session is now complete.

	I really liked it. A lot. Yes, Raven gets slapped!! Take that for saying all those mean things to Charlie!!! xd Are you serious, Maya? I'm gonna hate doing that part because I hate it when people giggle, and I CAN'T giggle! gonk It's physically impossible. stare And unlike Maya, I think the relationships are not cute. They are just cool.....and funny sometimes. Cute is not the word to describe them in my opinion...

	She's just evil that way, Maya honey....but I can't hold it against her cause she complimented my script. Thank you, Claire! And remember when I told you about how we'd have an evil villain that was like, dark and mysterious, all "And now you shall die." and then he would do a weird high pitched, frantic and weird giggle laugh thing? Oh, you are going to have FUN with this, believe me..... twisted mrgreen I need to work on the relationships maybe, so that I can recieve better adjectives than, "cool" and "cute." No offense...... rolleyes And thanks for saying I'm not too obvious Maya....and I'll see the hedgehog another time, okies?! Okies.

	Yeah, I remember. That was really freaky but funny at the same time. Okay, re-doing the description. I really like the relationship because it feels like Charles and Anna Lucia are close friends who have known eachother longer than we guess. 	Oh, Claire, I was kidding.....you're not evil. You just WISH you were evil....you're an evil wannabe....eyes widen I'm not dissing you, I just find the phrase amusing. biggrin I'll keep it! I hadn't actually noticed what you said, but I think the relationship certainly comes off like that....we should have a past for them, it helps develop the characters more......

	Hooray! I finally get to call Charles names and slap Raven! Huzzah! And I really love them... I feel like scene 8 is my favorite scene in the movie so far... C'mon Zoe! We know you can finish this!

	Scene 8 just is my favorite. It seems so mellow, but in the deeper sense it's probably the most in depth scene in the movie so far.

	Oh, alrighty then! I'm glad you liked it.....like I said somewhere in an earlier comment, I was afraid she stated the kids' feelings too openly and obviously, but no one seems to have a problem with that scene so we can keep it! Okay....so, now the problem is is that I have positively no clue what scene 10 is going to be like....I shall meditate on that....
