Why Parents should not yell at there kids for a dirty room
You know its really quite funny.
I bet as you grew up you had momments where your mom or dad would say" Clean your room or your grounded" Or " Clean up your room you live in a pig stie"
Or anywhere near along the lines of that.
Well for the past few months I am working at a craft store known as " Michealse"
lol and you know here is what I have seen.
Parents are the kids they where when they were young.
If you have a child at home that you say you must put the things you use back and get mad at them or get fustrated.
Do not.
In reality, you the parent are just as bad as your kid. Think about it.
I have seen parents pick up items in the store, Weather they do not have time to put it back or not, parents still leave items in the wrong space. Or they put it in the wrong island for others to think its a different price. Or your kid brings you something and you do not wish to help them put it back.
Now I know what you might be thinking.
" Me do that of coaurse not, I always put things back where I found it or where it goes to"
Take a day off and Observe yourself. when you go to other places. think about it, the object you really did not want , did you really put it in the right place? or did you just put it somewhere that seems to look like the same place where the object goes?
think, do you really have time to go and put it back,is your subconinsions telling you that its someone eles job to do that and not yours?
In your own home sure you put things away where they should, But think every time you pick up an items you do not want, do you really put it back where it belongs? and when you think you do, guess who is watching you, your kids, and when your kids see you do something, where are there learning from?
