omfg, people on Gaia are greedy horrible little butts!
Even though there are more people on Gaia, and the gold system has started giving like one gold for posting or whatever, prices of the donation items monthly collectibles continues to rise!
I remember when you could get a new item for 5k, that's 5,000 gold, not 21k.
This was in March 05, aparently, according to tektek. And you'd think, that since there are more people on gaia and thus more items, that the prices would go down.
But no. Over the past 2 years, prices for new items has jumped FOUR TIMES in price, from 5k to 20k.
I don't know how these people are getting gold to afford this sudden leap, but I know that me, who gets gold by posting/polling (and even then, gets dwindled down to 1g a post) has only made 13k in a quest for an angelic pendant.
My God, people are greedy horrible fools.
