On My Mind
Today i found out my final grades for the second marking period
I didn't make my goal and i was off by only several points
I have never worked so hard in school in my entire life.
I dont what to say
i am mute
i dont want to talk to anyone
see anyone
or interact with anyone
i am depressed
what is the point of trying when your just gonna come up short and get nothing for your actions
im not mad
not sad
definitely not happy
i am nothing
i feel nothing
thats whats on my mind today... nothing talk2hand

so...
i know you 'don't want to talk to anyone'
but
the point of trying
is to learn how it feels when you do succeed
and learn from the mistakes you make when you don't
if you fail
or come up short of your goals
you won't be able to call it trying anymore
if you quit...
because if you 'stop' trying
it was never trying in the first place
but working yourself up to nothing.
as long as you're dedicated...
there is always something
