So I lurk around the writer's forum and I posted something asking for help and thought hey these people are pretty nice .......... yeah not so nice after my thread lived for about a month the responses I got were very rude and it didn't really bother me I just thought ' why do people have to be so stupid' that and ' I bet half these people would NEVER tell me this to my face but they will here.'

So now when I lurk around the Writer's Forum I answer questions that everyone else seems to think are too immature or lack creativity.

Anyway the point of this rant is everyone is a beginner at something at some point in there life and when they ask for help whether they’re a beginner or not you shouldn’t snap at them for asking stupid questions you should help them instead of insulting them it’s going to push them away from whatever it is they want to do.

Then some people try to justify it by saying well they need constructive critism they aren’t going to get anywhere by being babied or having things sugar coated but there is no way in hell you need to be that harsh with people unless they just don’t get it.

Also another thing that annoys me is when new writers ask for help and they say “write your own story don’t ask us to write it for you.” New writers need a push to start because most of the time they know what they want to write but not how to start it. At least everyone that I know did need a push me included and I’m very grateful that my sixth grade teacher took me a few others aside made us stay after school and taught us how to write.

The last thing is some people in the Writer’s forum especially some of the regulars have an ego too big for their own good they think they’re better than everyone really they’re not that’s why I hardly ever go to the writer’s forum anymore that’s also why I created the Writer’s Pub to get away from the snobs and attitudes that are in the Writer’s Forum.

………… wow okay I think that’s it I’ll get aggravated about something else before too long and start complaining about that sweatdrop
