Wow, I've had a pretty good day today. The kids in class were very well behaved minus one incident in Science which was pretty easy to settle. I think a lot of the good behavior has to do with the long assembly they had in the morning. It broke up their day a little more, so they were all really focused on finishing their seat work so they wouldn't have to take it home or finish it during free time.
I bet you are wondering about the title of this post, aren't you? Well, it has to do with my cooperating teacher and my supervising teacher. Both seem rather indecisive lately about scheduling things. First, my supervising teacher said she was going to observe me again next Monday, but now she's suddenly moved it up to Friday this week, which means I have to shift around some of my lessons plans, as I tend to try and give the kids an easier Friday if they have been working hard all week.
I was also all set to sit in on parent-teacher conferences with my cooperating teacher tomorrow afternoon, however, I was told this afternoon that the school supervisor thought it best I didn't attend because some of the parents might get funny about my being there because I'm not technically a teacher yet (why, I don't know...I know everything about the kids that the teacher knows. I have to in order to work to the best of my ability in the classroom!)
Thus the title of this post. A little frustrating, but I'm in such a good mood right now that I just can't bring myself to rant about it right now. I'm a little excited that I get a bit of a break tomorrow.

The rantings of a slightly insane pixie
As the title states, these are the rantings of a slightly insane pixie. Beware dragons, witches, gargoyles, and, of course, look out for those darn fairies! (I should mention that they tend to take the strangest things...)
