Challenging the Fortree Gym is going well. The only trouble I'm having is with the leader.. her <b>Altaria</b> is giving me trouble. I'm getting pretty far using my <b>Azumarril</b> and his Rollout move.. How I love that move gonk heart ! 	tries to remember how she got through Fortree Uh. Oh yes. Manetric. heart Good luck Pu! cookies I emptied all of my berry patches and am taking a short break from Ruby until I can get myself settled a bit better into Leaf Green. sweatdrop I hate the berries that take days to grow and need to be watered twice a day in order to make more than 1 berry each. gonk

	I'm not at Berry-land yet gonk I stopped growing them too.. I put one of each in my item box and have accidentally used my entire crop except for those! gonk No rare berries yet.. All the better, I wouldn't remember to water them hourly. Wtf kind of berry needs that much water anyway.. crying Hmm. I'd play Leaf Green but I really don't feel like it.. Running shoes only happen AFTER Pewter gym is defeated and I have 10 pokemon I need to raise.. gonk -eats a berry- ninja Have you started any pokemon contests yet? :D

	I managed to find Feebas--did I mention that? And evolved it to Milotic so it had Max Beauty ... so I ran through the Beauty contest, since a lot of its water moves were Beauty Moves. It had Ice Beam, Surf, Dive, and Mirror Coat (bred from a Corsola); Surf and Dive are a Move Combo in Beauty Contests so that's pretty much how I won in the highest rank. (I later deleted Dive in favor of Recover, which it learns naturally) But that's the only contest I've completed so far. I don't bother watering berries every hour, even the rare ones. I water them twice a day, when I wake up, and before I go to bed, and I only use berry patches that are easy to reach/don't involve going through grassy areas, unless there are a lot of soil patches on the other side. My Meowth in Leaf picked up some cool berries I haven't gotten yet in Ruby, I meant to trade some over and forgot. sweatdrop

	I think you mentioned something about catching around 516 Feebas, yes. sweatdrop Is Dive like an aquatic Fly? Mmmn, Milotic. Is she a good pokemon, or just "good" because she is rare/hard to obtain? hmm.. So out of touch with pokemon-land gonk O.o! Is there berries in the FiRe/LeGr?? I hadn't seen any berry patches so I assumed there weren't any.. O_O (note; in that one I haven't even gotten through the Viridian Forest.. ) I think in my ROM of Ruby I won the cute contest with a Plusle.. sweatdrop Cuz I spoilt the little biotch with blocks that I had some weirdo in my Japanese class make for me.. <_<;

	Dive is a HM, it is actually essential to the plot of the game since you will have to need it. When you finally learn dive, then when you are at dark patches of water you can dive down. There are a lot of pokemons down there that you can't get on the surface of the water.

	nod Dive's like Dig, except it's in water. Only you can use it on land. Which confuses me. Much like how you can use Dig while surfing. shrug Go figure. Milotic is pretty good. I love having a Mirror Coat + Recover combo on it, and with Ice Beam and Surf, it can handle a pretty decent variety of opponents. I absolutely hate water types in general; there are a total of five that I'm willing to use regularly, so I can't really compare Milotic too accurately to other water types. In other games, I just taught a Dratini "Surf" and used it like a Water Pokemon without the grass/electricity weakness. whee But just in general battles, my Milotic performed better at a lower level than my Wailord. It's fairly fast in regular fights against other trainers, and seems fairly sturdy in defense; in fact, its special talent, whatever they're called, increases its defense when hits HP is under 33%, which can be useful... though I prefer Dratini/Dragonair's Natural Cure (can recover from status effects like poison/paralysis/burn on its own) ... shrug I think it's worth the effort I put in to getting it. It runs very close to Suicune for the title of "Rayray's Favorite Water Type" 3nodding
