Se'rox's POV

Se'rox's brows furrowed when another portal opened, and she felt people enter the room that she did not recognize. And Xangord had just confirmed that it was not her ship. Se'rox suddenly wondered if Xangord even had permission to be aboard- not that she herself did, but that was beside the point.

Curiously, though, the newcomers addressed Xangord casually. So she at least knew them, Se'rox concluded. That was good. But something troubled Se'rox about what one of the newcomers was carrying. It seemed... familiar, and worried Se'rox.

Keeping silent as Xangord addressed the people, Se'rox felt them leaving, and Xangord requested what Se'rox assumed was the ship to engage privacy mode on them. But one of the new people remained. Puzzling. As much as Xangord telling the computer not to let a dragon in. From Se'rox's recollection, Xangord was a dragon; why would she fear one? But- it wasn't fear in her voice. Very interesting.

"So. You seem to have a lot of friends." Se'rox said to Xangord, but not calling her by name- just in case. "Or, at least, acquaintances. One of which you trust most inherently, I presume." she said, gesturing to where the smaller newcomer stood, still in their midst.

Not wanting to bring up the item she had felt, Se'rox waited to make sure that the company they were keeping (the small newcomer) was trustworthy. Se'rox had much respect for Xangord, but was still inclined to not trust strangers, whomever they associated with, without good reason.

Rose's group

Finally getting to the floor where the Altsoba was waiting, ANTIE-D opened the access door slowly. There were two fairy gaurds. More like security, making sure that the docking area was not robbed, as there were about five ships docked there, the gaurds looked fairly bored. As ANTIE-D watched, a few fairies passed through, and were let by without problems. She relayed this to Rose and Taran, and kept watch. After a bit, a human walked by, also not bothered. She nodded and told the others.

"Well, they still could be keeping an eye out for us." Rose said. "ANTIE-D, you would pass fine; the wouldn't bother an android. I'll go first, and you two follow after about two minutes. I'll take Niko. Each of you bring a gwee. I'll see you on the ship." she said, and with that, she changed her appearance ((she changed to full fox-neko, with a white outfit with red and black accents)) and walked out onto the bay.

The gaurds glanced at her, then at a sheet on a clipboard, then back at her. Taran held his breath as he watched, ready to run after her if they chose to persue her. But they did not, and went back to gossiping.

Rose continued on, and out of sight on the way to the Altsoba. Taran waited impatiently, and only left when ANTIE-D said it had actually been two minutes. Walking past the gaurds, one of them called out.

"Halt." a gaurd said.

Taran almost ran, but Jaa spoke into his mind; "Wait. It's not you. Let them speak to the android."

The gaurds walked over to them, and looked at the android.

"You are odd, aren't you?" One asked.

"I would say unique, rather than odd." ANTIE-D replied. "But neither am I that. On the ship, I am one of two."

The second gaurd nodded, and started to explain to the first about this one ship he had seen, where there was an android. The first nodded.

"All right. Get back to your work then." the gaurd said, and they resumed their posts.

"That was close." Taran said as they started walking away.

"Only if they had noticed how unsimilar I am to Nissa. They might have realized then that I am not from Dragon's ship. Fortunately, they probably never saw Nissa, just heard about her." ANTIE-D replied.

Taran and ANTIE-D walked up the ramp into the Altsoba and ANTIE-D closed the ramp via an internal interface. The gwees flew up ahead, and Taran followed.

Meanwhile...

Rose was already seeking out Dragon, hoping to run into her before her friend either got on the ship or got noticed. She hoped she found Dragon in time; she remembered clearly how angry Dragon could get at intruders.
