Barbara Manatee has learned to speak French. <3 We must celebrate... Let us throw a ball!
Yesterday was the Tolo dance, where the girls ask the guys. whee I didn't ask anyone, so I went with my friends. I think it's more fun that way. I also didn't want to have to be in charge of paying for things and taking initiative on everything, so I wore a tuxedo and was a guy for the night. Is that wrong? I did my hair up really [cool] and put on a top hat. I must say, I am pretty hot in a suit. xD In all aspects. D: I was sweltering. I had a lot of fun, and slow-danced with all of my friends. C: I carried my awesome dragon umbrella around like a cane when we weren't dancing, and I received a lot of compliments. I enjoyed it more than wearing a dress, but that might have only been because it was something different. But I'm seriously considering, in the future when I stop growing, having a suit tailored to me for special events. I think I enjoyed the way I looked better.
We'll see. <3
Lately I've been pretty interested in this style called Steampunk. It's been at the back of my mind for a couple years, and these past couple weeks it's really starting to hold my attention. And I keep seeing it all over the internet, too. xD So I think it might come in style soon. I did a Google image search on steampunk today, to see what might come up. I found this old [cover] to the RPG book I know we have. At first I thought it might be a comic, or a magazine, but it's an RPG rulebook type thing. If you look, I have a miniature figurine of the clockwork cat on the cover. My dad gave that to me when I first started playing DnD. Maybe it was destined that I fall in love with steampunk? xD
But, now my want for a pocket watch is ten times stronger.
