Okay never jump of ur trampoline and land on ur knees, i did it on Saturday and i landed on a friggin pinecone, it hurt like heck! Now there are these little holes in my knee where the pinecone stuck! 2 make it worse i was wearing shorts so that didn't really help!Last but not least we were out of band-aids so all day i had blood runnung down my leg it was teh ouchiness! 3nodding
