Further study proved two instances and my over sleeped brain not functioning in more than one respect. I seem to be reading only one in every five words lately and completely missed that the trading liscence and vending lisence were two completely diffrent bags of fish.
Which means I've lost 500 gold in getting a trading lisence I cant really use due to not knowing anyone to trade with. And the vending lisence is twice as much.
I havnt decided if the planet hates me yet or not. gonk
