he said that Love is to seek and to foster the goodness in others in their concrete situations
ok well im writing this because i feel like love is a lie/sham. Maybe I'm just old fashioned but when I think of love i think of what Wikipedia wrote in saying a strong sense of affection towards someone. but lately it's seemed like when you view it in real life you see nothing but girls going to their boyfriends asking them if they can buy something for them or do something else they want. the same way vise-versa. and among other things. lately when I've thought about loving someone special in my life i feel as if its not love but something else. believe me I would wish for nothing then to find someone who is great, nice, funny, easy to talk too. ect... but it seems like ive seen girls who just "act" that way in order to try and get with people or with me but it's so obvious.
so is love really worth it? or is it just that the Definition of love has changed over time to something that just involves nothing but Money, sex and items?
