I'm always struck with awe whenever I look at you.
I guess it's because I just love the way the way you are.
Everything about you attracts me to you like glue;
I think I love you the most by far.

I conclude you are the one and only thing,
That can make my heart leap with delight.
That can make me feel richer than a king.
And can end all suffering and blight.

How I wish I could hold you close to me at night
Just knowing you are by my side.
How this would make everything feel just right,
Feeling a rush of love and emotion more than any ride.

Right now I'm still dreaming and hoping it's a reality.
The only thing left to do now is to lie here in the dark.
Thinking about you and how it could be.
And hope for that one day you'll grant me your heart.
