As an introduction to/explaination of this entry, I would like to note that although Rose has been gone for... um... about two weeks (or slightly more) in Gaia-time, it seems forever in real life, and I almost feel the need to re-introduce Rose's other pets (besides Niko)... and see what they've been doing while she's been gone.
quick note: Rose's last command/request of them was for them to keep an eye out for Chazu, and make sure he was all right, since the last time Rose saw him was before she set off an EMP at his house and pretty much banished him from the world of Gaia... gonk

Tuft sat on the fence (not an easy feat for a sno yeti) near Chazu's house that day. Since Rose left, him, Olay! the winer fox, and that dog were all taking turns watching to see if Chazu would come back.

No longer fooled by the nobodies that looked like Chazu, Tuft had to look twice before he realized that the one coming out of the house this time really was Chazu!
The dog, whose name everyone had forgotten and the dog himself couldn't remember, (Olay! and Tuft started calling him Mush... like, mush for brains, but his real name was Kipper), well, the dog had thought he had seen Chazu and a giant in the woods. The others hadn't believed him.

Maybe they should have.

Tuft ran back home to tell the others.

When he got to the house, he remembered. The others were getting ready for the party.

ANTIE-D had told them that Rose was better again and was on her way home, and they wanted to throw a party. Besides, after all the parties they'd been throwing for
themselves in Rose's absense, it wasn't a big deal.

Tuft walked in and ran into Fidget. The ORLY? was at Rose's house more than Tuft, it seemed, these days. After that thing that one night with the thing... ya. Fidget was
like family.

"Fidget." tuft said, as the ORLY? flew by.

"Ya?" Fidget answered happily. He was hanging the streamers, and setting up confetti fallers... something Olay! had come up with that would sprinkle confetti or glitter for an hour. The tests they had done trying to get them right were, in Olay!'s opinion, hilarious. Tuft had not found that a gallon of confetti falling all at once into his bowl of cereal was hilarious.

"Chazu-san is back home. We need to tell-" Tuft began. But he didn't get to finish. He had forgotten about ANTIE-D. Tuft was not that bright, after all.

"That information is being sent to Rose as we speak." ANTIE-D's intercom voice said.

"Who is home?" asked the Momo Monkey, as he skipped into the room. He was a friend that had met Rose before, and was the smartest pet in the house. At least, he was when Niko wasn't there.

"Chazu has returned, whatever that means." Fidget said, flying past them again to hang more decorations. "Maybe he should come to the party, too."

Momo looked at Tuft, and Tuft looked at him. Chazu would be great to have over. But... he might still be mad at Rose. They knew what she had done.

They really wanted Rose back.

She would be able to set things straight with Chazu.

"Well, that's up to Rose." Momo said. "Now. What games did we outlaw at the last party, again?"

"Oh! Oh! We are not allowed to play spin the ORLY!" Fidget said, zooming behind them. He really couldn't stay still for long.

"No," Tuft said, with that big, one-toothed smile of his. "No, I thought we said we should play that at every party!"

He and Momo laughed, as they went into the kitchen to check on OLAY! and the food preparations. (Olay! turned out to be quite a good cook, from what the pets discovered in the last few weeks.)

What the group did not realize was that all this time, they were still being watched. Not even ANTIE-D had picked up on the falcon spirit these last weeks. And it left in a hurry to report it's findings to the interested parties. After all, Rose's return was very important, indeed.
