In the Afterlife there is an institution that judges the sins of the dead. That institution is called the Ministry Of Hades. Within the JUdgement Bureauo of the Ministry is the Summons Department, whose charge it is to retrieve any lost souls still wandering the Mortal World.
I am (Insert Name here) A special agent of the Summons Department also known as Shinigami, A Gardian of Death.
Shinigami use paper talismans, we call them Fuda.
