Internal War
On one desperate battlefield
They both wish to claim
Two impossibly strong armies wage war
One is sinfully beautiful
The Army of Passion
The other forms a solid defence
It is called Sense
Thier war is everlasting
Ravaging the body in which they fight
Sense fights only with tested tactics
Passion acts only on emotion
Pure, Unbridled emotion
Sense becomes divided
It's soldiers have turned traitor
Drawn to the irridesent flame
Of Passion's nightfires
Sense becomes Reasons
Reasons are weak fighters
But they scream out
Despite the overpowering Passion
An Internal War
Reasons are slowly drowing
In Passion
They fought well, but I think
They are losing


What is that?
What is that?
That primal creature
Of pure emotion
It's thoughts are tangled and unclear
But its motive is crystal
Like the sun during the cold
Illuminating everything
A creature born of desire
Love and need
Where is it's companion?
With the flame buring strong
The companion calls
A soft lullaby song
What is this creature
That burns inside
Human hearts?
What is that?
