I've heard it all,
From A to Z,
How wonderful true love can be.
But what I see,
Can only be,
A broken heart,
And pregnancy.
Sometimes it comes,
In other forms.
A beat up face,
A tortured divorce.
Child Support,
And long work hours.
Welfare Mothers,
And tainted dollars.
Some are Lucky,
With happy love lifes.
But they are so rare,
I have to check twice.
And so i'll wait,
With my own happy time.
Until True Loves grasp,
takes over my life.
