Not a happy bunny today. I have people shouting at me for something ANOTHER COMPANY did, people complaining that things havent come through to them when they were told it would take up to five days and they ordered it YESTERDAY, and other people getting angry because they are trying to get account details of an account that isn't theirs and blaming me for the DPA LAW!
They all need a good slap if you ask me.
