Midnight shows are special in my part of town. You see, I have the furthest ahead time zone in all of north america. ('cept for Newfoundland, but I'm sure thdey don't have movie theatres...) ANYWHO, this means that If I go to a midnight show, it's one hour ahead of standard eastern time, that's right, I've in the atlantic timezone baby! open ONLY to those who live in the following provinces; New Brunswick (Yay!) Nova Scotia, PEI and Newfoundland (But they're 1/2 hour ahead even further, caus ehtey used to be england etc.etc...) So when I go to a midnight show, we're the first in North America (save the LA premieres of them) to see 'em!
So here's a short, but growing list of movies, I've seen first. Ever. In North America.
1) Pirates of the Caribbean, Dead Man's Chest.
2) Spiderman 3
3) Pirates of the Caribbean, At World's End. (ACTUALLY, this one was picked to have an early pre-showing. The only theatre in the Atlantic provinces or New Brunswick or something... Anyways, This one was 4 hours ahead of midnight, so Thursday, 8 pm May 24th, instead of 12:01 the 25th.)
4) Gunna go see me a Dark Knight midnight show next week!
