Joseph Lewis,also known as subject #D04238 was a Helix soldier who was forced to become a test subject for The Helix Corp scientist. Most of the previous test subjects except for one (Shiro Kirisaki) had suffered cruel fates due to the anti magic experimentation.Joseph was subject to a different experiment..... His body was given an untested serum before subjecting it to a massive amount of electrical torment.The scientist were astounded at the results. It appeared the serum plus the electricity had caused an overload of electrons within the very atoms of his DNA and fiber of being. Unlike Shiro Kirisaki. There seemed to be no abnormalities within his brain. Over the course of two weeks,Joseph's skin began to turn pale,his eyes turning a gleaming yellow. his hair becoming silver. Like Shiro Kirisaki his body's appearance seemed to change drastically.More then that...the power he now possessed was that of electricity. He could shoot lightning bolts from his finger tips. His body also showed regeneration at an abnormal rate. Though it was just above the average person.However A few more weeks of observation showed something was severely wrong. The Serum had caused a unique illness within Joseph......Knowing what he knew...there was no possibility of going back to a normal life. Helix made a collar which could help cure his illness in small doses....however..he became that of a slave.....Joseph somehow knew it was inevitable.....so....he did the only logical thing he could...he had to accept. He soon took on a new life as Blixt.
Lightning Bolt:
Blixt can shook lightning from his finger tips. Voltage can be lethal at expense of his own health.
Advanced Regeneration:
Blixt's body can heal at four times the rate of a normal human. It does not heal instantly.It takes a bit of time.
