Whoo! Another year later! Sensing a trend?
Welp I'm as busy as ever. I've chosen to go into Illustration as a career, I've changed jobs, I'm still with the same man, but I'm living at home to pay off student loans xp

I can't believe I'm 24 and only deciding what to do with my life NOW sad

Now I just have to figure out HOW I'm going to make it work lol.

Wedding in 2010 hopefully! smile

What about you guys? What are you doing at school? In your love life?

One Year later...
LOL! You can all see how much I update this thing xDDD

How is everyone? They had a good Christmas I hope? I know mine was decent smile Got some okay stuff, but really I just enjoyed being around family.

I've recently gotten in the habit of actually WRITING letters. Like Snail Mail way. So if anyone reading this has a craving for a post card, PM me biggrin I'll get you one!

I watched the FMA movie the other day - something about Shambala one... I liked it biggrin I watched it and it reminded me how much I really liked FMA to begin with.

I've started sewing again - this time with fleese as my medium. I made a kitty hat! biggrin My next project is an OMG or an AFK. I have the fabric for either smile I'm deffinately going to make a panda hat tho. It's gonna rawk. Keep an eye here and on deviantart for pictures!

Also, if anyone likes any of them, I'd be willing to do comissions smile

Speaking of comissions! Please check out my chibi challange?

Much love! <3

Day Three: These are God's Days
Well it's not really every DAY I'm updating - at least not at the human rate. Possibly at the God rate - since he created the Earth in 7 days - I speculate they were more like months, or years, or decades sweatdrop whee

Anywho!

I switched my support group - I now support networks! Oh the joy. NOT. But it's a much better contract. A few less stupid people and less calls are good. Most people know they have a problem and feel dumb for not fixing it. Yay for network guys. Boo for network guys that take out a component of their network that we have to troubleshoot with them, and give it to their secretaries, and tell the secretaries to call us and have it replaced. BOO TO YOU UNKNOWING SLACKERS! CALL US YOURSELF SO WE KNOW YOU DID IT RIGHT scream

heart
Right

Enough about work
heart

Sooooooooooooooooooo I have a boi! VadimC on here, Jesse IRL, and he's very cute - see? See see see? 4laugh

Yesh 3nodding Yesh he is. We're moving out in a few days - into a new place together. It's the most committed relationship I've ever been in. I mean I've lived with someone before, and certianly have had LONGER relationships, but this one feels different. Way more committed. smile It's a nice feeling.

But I must go - time for my shift to start soon. It's a beautiful day out - if not a windy one smile

Much love to all! heart domokun
Shout out to SSA, Kagome, Neko-chan, Mocha, LQN, Cloud Strife, and MW xd

Day Two: Wireless Network
Ah the ever elusive fish: the wireless network. It's the bane of our existance. Sometimes easy - sometimes hard - this radio wave enabled torture can be as simple to fix as clicking the wireless button - or as complex as configuring an unknown router with a new channel and SSID.

In this case, a very nice gentleman whom we shall call "Arnold" from Maryland, WA is having problems with his wireless network after upgrading to WIN XP SP2. It was working beautifully before - but alas - SP2 has gotten it's slippery grip on the drivers. Oh well! Reinstalling the drivers! Hopefully that will cure the problem. If not - we're looking at more drastic measures - like a recovery. Why do most things end in recovery? Because most issues are software related - drivers or registry becoming corrupted and it's the only sure fire way to ensure everything is functioning without digging around for hours on end. But hopefully - since this gentleman is a nice guy - we'll be able to avoid that. Maybe all we need is a power cycle on the network. *delusionally hopeful*

It's another day here at the call center - I'm sitting only 2 cubes away from where I sat during my previous entry. It's 4pm and already dark outside. SO depressing crying But Christmas is coming! This means joyous things for me! I'm setting up my Christmas tree this weekend - to my roommate's dismay. But it's only 5 weeks away! So sucks to his athsmar! My tree is so pretty - it's a fake one - but it looks real biggrin Maybe I can convince my family to come do something festive at my house this year. Though I dont' know how much longer I'm going to be able to live on my own - I don't make enough money to support my rent and bills right now - it truely sucketh.

Ah the poorness of a student. Once a student - always in debt. whee

I convinced my boyfriend to buy a Game Cube today! It was on SERIOUS sale. 2 controllers, Mario Kart: DD, and the cube for $130 CAD
Awesome O_O

Anyway, I should get back to my call - my distraction is showing! sweatdrop
Caio~!

Day One: Performing a Recovery
Well here I am, at work, one leg propped up on the cube ledge, my chair leaning way down, my butt only a foot or two from the ground, head set hanging precariously from my ears, drool escaping one side of my mouth, eyes glazed over as I stare at the pins and pencils my fellow phone zombies have tossed at the ceiling and not had impale them on the way back down - Kinda.

This is the way I feel anyway. I'm sitting on the phone, playing hookey from my call and squeezing past the proxy servers to get online to Gaia. My call is not one I really am playing hookey from - I'm running a system recovery with a middle aged woman who we'll call "Norma" to keep her identity safe - from New Mexico.

A very pleasant woman - she is by far not the worst call I have taken today. The worst one was someone who had formatted their computer completely in chinese. Normally, not a problem, but she WAS chinese, and even her POST (Power On Self Test) diagnostics had been altered to chinese - which means none of the original functionality was left in the hotkeys from startup. And we had to boot to CD...

Anyway, I digress. I'm sitting here waiting for the format to finish on this 30GB HDD, only to get started on the Quick Restore Recovery Disks afterward.

So I figure I'd go on Gaia while I'm waiting for my boyfriend to respond to my emails which I'm technically not supposed to be doing either, but seriously, how do they expect us to behave ourselves when they tell us we can't do certian things, and then hire people who know how to get PAST the server regulations whee Silly silly people.

And so here I am, half eaten nanimo bar by my side, an empty can of Pepsi beside me, another one in my bag, waiting for 11pm to come so I can go home for a blessed 4 day weekend.

I solumnly tilt my head in Rememberance Day fashion, as I'm waiting for this to finish. Not usually one to do much to acknowledge these depressing days, this year it hits a little closer to home - having a cousin in the military in the US I'm a little more paranoid about these kinds of things sad

Anyway, this is slowly getting closer to the point in which I have to instruct her to do something - so for now I bid thee all adieu. 3nodding
