Argent Quarter.
The story of Argent Quarter is about Ada Willhelm, who is kidnapped from her home in the middle of the night and never seen again. Ada is taken to the Bethlem Hospital for the Mentally Ill, an insane asylum. The part of the hospital she is taken to is one that is off-limits to any patients and most of the staff. This part of the hospital is called the Argent Quarter. In the Argent Quarter, they study mental instability, but not in the traditional way. Instead of studying patients who have gone crazy and then taken to the hospital, they cause the mental problems themselves by putting people they've kidnapped through traumatic events. The heroine, however, has a remarkable mental stability. This leads to problems to the scientists, who cannot properly experiment on her due to her resistance to their mind-altering drugs, painful scenarios, and the brutal murders that she is forced to watch.
The Thread(Name Pending?)
Another story, one that I have yet to name yet, is based in a modern world such as our own, that is essentially the same, except they have advanced forms of magic. The magic is in every person, but with varying degrees according to both how strong their spiritual connection is to the to the Thread, a energy source that exists between everything, and also depends slightly on their heritage.
The Thread connects everything, and each person, depending on their specific personalities, is more or less open to different parts of the Thread, allowing them to use different parts of the Thread's energies. Everyone can use the Thread, and everyone can use the parts of the Thread, but how well they use the Thread and how well they use a specific part of the Thread is based on the person who wields it. For example, a person with a weak connection to the Thread will have a hard time using it, and a person who has a stronger connection will find it quite easy. Likewise, an enthusiastic, quick-tempered person will find it easier to wield the Thread's magic related to fire, but a calmer, more emotional person will likely wield water related magic.
The Thread also manifests itself as summons. Summons are based on animals, but are obviously summons, since they are usually bigger than the animal they are based upon and have a unique trait, such as wings or a second tail. Most summons also glow slightly. Summons are created with any object that the summoner has an emotional connection with. The summoner hones a emotion, usually the strongest one they have, and imbue the object with that emotion, creating a summon. The summon is summoned by holding that object in a way that evokes the emotion. If the emotion is too wild, then the summon may be hard to control.
Unfortunately, with this kind of magic, it doesn't leave much for people who'd rather hit people with weapons. Well, I can fix that. Most people are talented in either magic, summoning, or melee attacking. Those who are talented in melee attacking find it easy to train their bodies and move quickly.
Magic beats Melee which beats Summoning which beats Magic. Yay, balance.
I borrowed the summoning idea from an online comic named Directions of Destiny at directionsofdestiny.com. The comic doesn't update anymore, but I found the idea wonderful, and wanted to expand on it.

It's been awhile since I remembered a dream, but lately, I have been remembering them. A lot of my dreams seem to be TV-shows. Some of them are American cartoons, and others are anime. A few of them, the more realistic ones, are basically live-action.
This dream was like Jhonen Vasquez looking. xD Okay, I had this one dream about an alien, sort of short, bluish-gray skin, with black bulgy eyes. Like a Zurg, except he was smaller, not quite as anorexic looking and his head was a more circular shape.
Anyways, this young alien was a captain in a space fleet. He attacked the enemy and won, and came home a hero. The princess (who was a lot taller and more elegant looking than he was) came to greet him, but a terrorist group of aliens ambushed them, and the two escaped into an old, abandoned space ship. (The ships and environments were all dark purple and like fuschia, sorta like the Convenant on Halo. ) The space ship had monster crawling around it, and a defense system that stopped them with green lasers. At one point I vaguely remember the princess messing with the system and the lasers turned into a laser show and some random rave music played and they danced.. o __o
This one was actual people, y'know, live action. It was about me and my Gaia friends, who all looked like our avatars, except we weren't wearing our fancy matching clothes. Instead, we wore normal people clothes, basically jeans and a t-shirt. I remember I was wearing a dark blue shirt with a Gaia wing on the front, greenish gray jeans, and white skater shoes.. o __o anyways. We were all at this concert/convention type thing that was held in like a huge field of grass. It was during the evening, and we were sneaking around, and I had like cotton candy or something. T'was good. Anyway. I remember sneaking up to the admins' booth where they had t-shirts and I got Viper to distract the admins while I snagged more shirts.
I really liked those dream-shirts. ; w;
Another dream: 4.16.07 I dreamed another television show, or something. It was like I was a different person watching a movie or show and one of the main characters was me, but it wasn't who I was in the dream.
Okay, it's hard to understand. The character in the show/movie/thing is me. BUT I don't know the characters thoughts. So I'm a different character, who isn't inside the show, but doing nothing but watching the television. ehhh~ It's also an anime, but a bit more realistic, and the only 'anime' expressions are when the adults are angry.
The dream was about a new student at a expensive and prestigious school, which is also sort of like a hotel. It had beautiful furniture, carpets (I especially remember the carpets) and extremely good teachers. The main character was me, except ten years old. The main character was friends with the other main character, who, for some odd reason, resembled Rukia, from Bleach. Anyways, the main characters always unwittingly get in trouble. The new teacher they get who teaches Mathematics and P.E. is violent and evil and terrorizes them, but the main characters somehow make her less violent and at the end of the dream, they are playing tag. o __o;

Ah, these humans. These humans and their secrets. Secrets and their web of lies, web of shadows. These humans I do enjoy, they are the best at keeping secrets of any race I've ever known. Even my favorite race, the one I've modeled in my own image doesn't hold a candle to their trickery and deceit.
"Uh, Aru?"
Aru turned from his mirror, a simple piece of glass with a gold edge to it to face the doorway. Ertz peeked his head in, hovering inches off the ground. The messenger god was in his usual garb, shirtless, like always, with dove wings attached to his head, forearms and ankles. He looked like a child of around ten years or so, and wore short trousers in a feathery fashion that matched his wings.
"I've got a message for you. " Ertz said, grinning mischievously.
Aru stood up. He was a taller, lankier god than Ertz, and he didn't have any of that ridiculous floating. He was covered in short, dark fur with an animalistic snout and pupiless white shining eyes. Most of his body was covered in clothing, like his long kimono sleeves and draping shirt. He stepped to Ertz, his sandals slapping against the ground. "Give it to me. " He said impatiently.
Ertz glared at him. "Humans use this phrase alot..Say please. "
Aru rolled his eyes. "Please..?"
Ertz grinned again, and handed him a rolled up piece of parchment with a red wax seal. Ertz shimmered out of existance and Aru glanced around, just to check if the god had truly disappeared.
"Good, he's gone. " He unsealed the letter, and glanced through it. "Just as I thought.. a letter from Aurura. What does that smug woman want now?"
---
To be continued, mostly because I haven't gotten any farther in ideas. C:

My name is Adorn, the Trickster God. I have many names, Loki, Ajg'thar, Spirune, Kain. Adorn is the name I am referred to by my followers in the eastern kingdom, and I have grown fond of it.
Those who pray to me know of the deceit and lies I create. Those who pray to me are con-artists, thieves, and most of all, lawyers.
As you can see, those who have been blessed to speak with me tell of my cutting wit.
All gods pick favorites. You know, humans. We love humans, them with their life-spans smaller than the merest of my thoughts. If I take a shine to one, they know. I usually appear to my chosen as a humanoid creature. I take the shape of a man, if you will, with dark, black skin and round void-like white eyes. His body is that of a nobleman who lives a life of luxury. My night-sky face is surrounded with an elegant tiara of white-blue feathers. The tiara's only charm, a gold gem, is my favorite symbol. I wear a beautiful snow-white coat, and a small ruffle pokes its head out from under the shawl of stars I wear around my neck. The coat has a single button, a black diamond, which shows up clearly against the same white-blue of my undershirt. Attached to the sleeves of the undershirt are cuffs, which appear as tiny, wing-like appendages. My slender legs are sleek in the pure trousers which end in a gray stripe along the bottom, and the smallest bit of dark skin shows up before disappearing into the familiar white-blue hunting boots. Clinging onto the boots are the same wings, the idea borrowed from a brother god of mine. They float me a few inches off the ground, and I levitate before the individual with a divine radiance.
Those who speak my true name are none. The Trickster God reveals his name to no one, deceiving and lying to even the gods with whom he is related.
He joins no pantheon.
He cannot be lied to.

List 12 of your original characters: 1. Aiden Rush 2. Rush 3. Wick 4. Bane 5. Larnisse 6. Pochie-san 7. Feather 8. Buanota 9. Herses 10. Raphael 11. Ghost 12. Card
01) Who would make a better college professor, 6 or 11? What subjects would they teach? Ghost would be a better teacher, I think, but she's too shy. She'd probably make her stuffed kitty do all the art teaching and stuff.
02) Do you think 2 is hot? How hot? No. Stfu, hoe.
03) 12 sends 8 on a mission. What is it, and does it succeed?
Card would send Banana to fetch him a 'romance novel'. Eww.
Banana would leave, but give him a 'how not to be a nasty old lecher' manual instead.
04) What is or would be 9's favorite book?
Who said he could read?
05) Would it make more sense for 2 to swear fealty to 6, or the other way around?
Pochie would probably swear to Rush, only because he'd like crush his head with his fist. ; 0;
06) For some reason, 5 is looking for a roommate. Should he share a studio apartment with 9 or with 10?
Actually, both are rather sane. But 9, since 10 has an odd habit of waking up and cutting teh fridge with the sword and mumbling "Have at ye'!"
07) 2, 7 and 12 have dinner together. Where do they go, and what do they discuss?
Rush, Feather, and Card would go to someplace with steak. And coke. Ahaha. Coke. of course. n wn;
They would discuss how to hit bad pplz. Feather would ninjar them, Card would ram them with a ship, and Rush would cause them to go insane with his mental powers, eventually leading them to jump off the nearest tall building.
08 ) 3 challenges 10 to a duel. What happens?
10 totally kills 3.
09) If 1 stole 8's most precious possession, how would she/he get it back? Bana would get mad, rant about it, then forget about it two seconds later.
10) Suggest a title for a story in which 7 and 12 both attain what they most desire.
"How to totally get your memories back and get as much money as you can"
11) What kind of plot device would you use if you wanted 4 and 1 to work together?
None. They are already friends~
12) If 7 visited you for the weekend, how would you get along?
Gosh. I'd probably ask him if he were a real ninja, then ask him to get me a glass of apple juice. Then kick his a** at Halo.
Then he'd like ninja-chop me. He's a sore loser~
13) If you could command 3 to perform any one task or service for you, what would it be?
DUDE SHOW ME WHERE YOU GOT THOSE PHECKING AWESOME PANNTTS.
14) Does anyone on your friends list write or draw 11?
Nope. I've only drawn her once, actually. XD
15) If 2 had to choose sides between 4 and 5, which would it be?
4. He's bigger. XD
16) What might 10 shout while charging into battle?
AIEEEE AIE AIE AIE AEI WHOOOP.
17) If you chose a song to represent 8, which song would you choose?
I'm A Barbie Girl~ XD no just kidding. Probably Timberwolves At New Jersey by Taking Back Sunday
18 ) 1, 6, and 12 are having dim sum at a Chinese restaurant. There is only one scallion pancake left, and they all reach for it at the same time. Who gets to eat it?
Well. Pochie is a dog/person, so he'd slobbered all over it already. But Rush would kicked his a** by then anyway.
12 would'nt even ask. XD
19) What might be a good pick-up line for 2 to use on 10?
NOT GAY. XD
20) What would 5 most likely be arrested for? Being drunk in a public place. XD Since she wouldn't really get arrested. XD
21) What is 6's secret? He's perverted! GASP!
22) If 11 and 9 were racing to a destination, who would get there first?
Herses. He's actually magical~
23) If you had to walk home through a bad neighbourhood late at night, would you feel safer in the company of 7 or 8?
7. He IS a ninja, after. Slit those rapist's throat, k.
24) 1 and 9 reluctantly team up to save the world from the threat posed by 4's sinister secret organization. 11 volunteers to help them, but it is later discovered that he/she is actually a spy for 4. Meanwhile, 4 has kidnapped 12 in an attempt to force their surrender. Following the wise advice of 5, they seek out 3, who gives them what they need to complete their quest.
-What title would you give this fic?
COMPLETEY ALMOST POSSIBLE EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT BANE WOULD NEVER DO THAT!
-Name three people on your friends list who might read it.
Erm. Anyone who is in GCDia?
-Name one person who should write it.
NOBODY. XDD nobody would want to write that shitty story, god. WHO THE HELL CAME UP WITH THAT PLOT~? ITS LIKE THE MOST OVERUSED STORYLINE EVER~~

The journey to Ignirith was mildly uneventful. They bounced on a little turbulence, but that was always to be expected when traveling via airship. Larnisse noticed that the turbulence seemed much less..shaky this time around. 'Possibly because of the ship..?' she wondered.
"Welcome to Ignirith." Wick announced, carefully docking his beloved scrap-ship in a port stop. "Please enjoy your stay and be sure to visit the gift shop. "
Larnisse giggled, her older brother always knew how to make her laugh, even when half the time he was serious. "Where to, Wicky?" She asked.
Wick grimaced at his pet-name, but answered "We're stopping by the news-board, then getting a room or two at the nearest hotel. "
"What's at the board?" his sister asked, curious.
"I hear they are holding a race. " He replied, barely masking the hint of pride in his voice.
"Oh no." Larnisse sighed. "Wick, you KNOW you can't do that anymore. Card put you on probation!"
"What he doesn't learn won't wreck a ship." Wick replied, stubbornly. "Besides, you are a great navigator! What's not to like about this oppurtunity?"
"Ohh, I dunno, maybe your LIFE?" She shouted. Looking at his hurt expression, she sighed again. "I'm sorry, brother. But I'm worried for you. Us lecturing you about your need for speed. is not just something we spout out just to say we said it. We don't want you hurt, is all. "
Seriously, Wick placed his hand on his head. "Larn..I know. But I have to do this. Remember what Lowe said? 'We must take every chance', and I-"
"But this isn't a chance, Wick! This is a RISK. You could die!" she interjected angrily. "Listen to me!"
Suprised, he fell quiet. After a few moments, he said "Okay, I won't race until an official tourney is held. I won't die in one of those. " Wick said, giving in. "It's not like I'd lose anyway. I'm truly sorry for making you worry. "
"You know what you need? You need a good punch in the stomach and some Kathka. Let's go to that hotel you were talking about." She rammed his fist into his gut, then looped her arm around his and started dragging him towards the hotel. "Come on. "
"Ah, man. Here you go.."

"Ugh, where is that girl? I've been waiting for at least an hour..she's late again. " A young man, in his late twenties, stood, leaning against a wall of the airship dock/port. He was dressed in a black jumpsuit, which was strewn with zippers. It looked like some sort of fabric Frankenstein, and it looked like it belonged on him. Around his neck hung a pair of wide-rimmed goggles, and on his wrist he wore a silver sportwatch. On his feet were he styled a pair of steel-toe boots, that were a little scuffed up, as if he had used them recently for something other than walking. He glared at the digital watch again, then shook his head, his shaggy, ear length brown-blonde hair falling around his face. "Ahh, screw this. If she doesn't come back soon, I'm leaving without her." No sooner had he said these words, had a girl, maybe a few years younger than him, skidded to a stop around a corner, holding onto her floppy straw hat. She resembled him slightly, even though she was about a foot shorter and had green eyes, not blue. She grinned up at him.
"Hey, bro."
"Don't give me that crap, Larnisse, you should've been here an hour ago!" her brother snapped. "You are lucky, I was just about to leave without you. "
"Ach, you are so temperamental, Wick. You should freeze, I'm here, aren't I?" Larnisse replied, indignantly.
Wick looked her over. She was wearing a straw hat with a green ribbon that matched her eyes, a plain white dress with a similar ribbon around the waist. On her feet she wore knee length toe socks that disappeared into unique boots that looked they drifted up her ankles, eventually thinning out into a leafy vine in the middle of her shin. "Nice digs. Get in. " Wick told her, bluntly. He gestured to the beautiful machine behind him, that was floating in the deck. The best thing you could compare it to was some sort of mixture between a space-ship and a pirate ship that flew through they air. It was light, agile, and shaped a bit like a wing. It had a deck you could stand on, but the steering and navigating was from inside the ship. "Like my new Nyx? She's a model GW-003, but it doesn't look like it, huh? I made her from scrap parts, and now she's perfect. Go on, it's perfectly safe. "
The siblings crawl inside, and it seems much bigger on the inside. "Wow.." Larnisse breathed. "It IS beautiful. " She explores the cabin, discovering plenty of places to comfortably fit a team of six people. It had three bathrooms, all in a row, pod-like bunk beds, that were almost miniature rooms. "When can we leave?"
"We should have been gone already." Wick sighs. He grabs the controls in the pilot's seat and presses the ignition. "We're going to Ignirith, so be sure not to cause any trouble. "
"Have I ever cause any trouble before?" Larn asked innocently, batting her eyelashes.
"Yes, now sit down and shut up. "
Larnisse gave a squawk of indignation, but did as she was told and strapped herself beside him. "Let's go, brother. "
Wick flicks a switch on the control board, and the ship floats off the docking station, and the external engines light up and they whisk away to their next destination, the city of Ignirith.
