This is just a list a small journal entry because I haven't done one in forever. Now in no particular order they are!

1. Dot hack series -this is a nice hack and slash rpg game that is heavily overlooked My friend an I used to take turns playing this and it will without a doubt leave a mark on my teenage years because of how awesome this was.There's a heavy story that spans 3 or 4 games.

2. Narutimate accel - i only recommend narutimate hero imports or if the English counterpart has voice overs get that. Either way that game has so much to unlock Number 3 especially,and with the ability to give other people abilities with over 20 or so finishing moves you can assign each having a set damage and or effect it is crazy! its easy to pick up and play like smashbros. Challenge me when I'm playing Hinata I dare ya!

3. Ninja Gaiden - This is one of the hardest games I've ever played. That is why I like it so much. Cut scenes on NES challenging puzzles hack and slash adventure Its like zelda but with ninjas and the difficulty tripled. I don't think I've played a bad Ninja Gaiden yet and don't dare start recommending me bad Ninja gaidens Or I might go Ryu Hayabusa on you.

4. Suikoden series - Wow what an amazing RPG 108 recruitable characters I know for a fact I havn't played a bad Suikoden game. For the record I loved 4. Also just when you think its going to be the same thing BAM tactics to clarify the story and bring you something new. I don't think any suikoden is the same each one has something the other doesn't. That refreshment everytime makes this game worth picking up every time.

5. Disgaea series - I played final fantasy tactics first and though wow what a new innovative way to do a game especially an rpg. Then I got my hands on disgaea with hours apon hours of gameplay (i could probably waste 1000hours on disgaea wow) its massive amount of classes humans monsters that can be brawlers dragons warriors majins ninjas there is so much you can do with the pupil system and there is no level or damage cap so no matter how much time you put in you can make the game do insane amount of things. With an awesome story to back it up and hilarious recurring characters how can you go wrong?

6. Resident Evil series- I'm going to say I like this more than silent hill even if silent hill is scarier. Resident evil made me scared when I was a kid. That damn dog jumping through the window was creepy. The whole dark city was creepy.Resident evil 4 had chainsaw guys and that was creepy. The lack of ammo is creepy. The decapitation is creepy. This game has a good story fun action elements and music that fits the mood. If you havn't played one yet...Whats wrong with you?

7. Super Smash Bros Series - I've played this since the first game came out and wow was I amazed. Pikachu vsing Link. I never played a capcom vs snk before I played SSB and the only thought going through my head was that just doesn't happen! You know I like playing KOF Street fighter 4 and all but that takes alot of skill and the skill factor drives some casuals and friends away or into button mashing. SSB is a game you and your friends can pick up and all have a decent chance winning at. (unless they impose tourny rules in which case promptly leave and go play SF4)Now to make the online better....

8. Portable Pokemon Series - Who doesn't like pokemon honestly don't lie. We all do Pearl and Diamond are a major step up from RSE.(even though I'm liking digimon world dawn more right now) The portable pokemon series will always be a game you can pick up and play but that doesn't make it casual for the more hardcore theres tons more to worry about with the complex Breeding and EV's that can be made. Someone say Missingno?

9. Fire Pro Wrestling Series - I like wrestling I don't like the new TNA game WWE games tend to be good than bad then good again recently (man i love SVR2009) but firepro has always been good whether it be on console or on portable it is always lovable with its 300 CAW slots crazy florescent light bulb tube and barb wire ropes matches or its 2D skillful game play this game always manages to amaze me. My favourite features. If you button mash...You're done.

10. Main Contra Series - One of my favourite games I play this at least once a month for 6 hours. I like every game in the main series.1 was awesome and most people play it. Super C (or contra 2) Was also as amazing and twice as long However my favourite is Contra 3 the alien wars. This one is the first step into having fine tuned your craft into raw skill. Get that rocket gun or your spread gun. Choose wisely because dying is not an option. Konami code? what's that? 30 lives? No 30 lives for you. You want an ending you beat it on hard or go home. Finally contra 4 is the perfect successor to the NES and SNES games after so many horrible ps1-ps2 spin offs the true number 4 has came out and is portable on top of it. Bless you contra.

Honorable Mention now goes to.. Burnout(makes driving fun) Team Fortress(got me into playing fps) Soul Calibur(the CAW is amazing for an arcade fighter) and Final Fantasy( it is amazing and a classic do i need to say anything else?)

*remember a series must have 2 or more entries in it. For me this excludes Uncharted,Assassins creed,Dead space,Mirrors Edge, Etc.
