Put simply, there are too many of you. Not in a "LOLIHATEYOUALL" way, but in a more "who the hell are you anyway neutral " way.
So I'm about to go through and delete anyone who does not meet either of the following requirements:
a) You've logged on at least once this year
OR
b) I've got some personal conversational history with you.
