Okay folks who actually read my journal. This could possibly be my last entry for a very long time. Now, I'm 16 and my girlfriend is a little younger than me, only three years younger. Now, her mom called the police and didn't press any charges, but they've pulled her in to talk to her about everything. we haven't done anything sexual in anyway, so you'd think i'd be fine. wrong, the fact that i had my arm around her is appearently illegal. Now, pretty soon, the one cop in the whole town that hates me for no reason is I guess picking me up to bring me down to the station and have a little 'talk' with me about my relationship with this girl. I'm scared, If the District Attourny chooses to press charges, it wouldn't matter what her mother said. I could go to jail, for a very long time for a crime I didn't actually commit. I mean, showing affection for someone, that's one thing. but I never actually did nor did I have intentions of doing anything sexual with her. but either way im still ******** nervous as hell and I just want to get this over with and talk to ******** Officer Daley. BUt here's the catch, noone besides rebecca knows that I know that he's gonna talk to me. Noone. they haven't even tried to contact me and tell me that they're gonna be talking to me. Which is retarded to say the least. for all they know right now, I could have fled the state, which I haven't. I have no actaul way of getting out of the state other than walking, b/c I don't own a car and my mother is on her way home from the beach. Now, i understand that technichally it's illegal to pick me up without a legal parent or guardian with me, and that if i really have to, i can call the state police and they'll make sure the town police leave me alone, but idk. If i do end up going to jail, good bye everybody. but if I don't then I'll post another entry at 10:00 PM tonight. Wish me luck, Pray for me, Call Barack Obama and have him help me.
