Chapter I: Ami and Guardian Mercury
Ami was lying in her bed, still knocked out from the encounter with the dead body of Mercury. Guardian Mercury was aiding Ami, sitting in a chair that Ami’s mother had given her. Her mother was still in shock after seeing someone who thought to be dead. Mercury felt Ami’s naked skin, it was smooth, just like hers. She smiled at her, as if she was her own daughter. Then, Ami slowly woke up.
“What happened?” She asked slowly, still dizzy from fainting, “Where am I?” Ami looked at Guardian Mercury and suddenly moved away from her. She thought that the dead Mercury was still here, in her house. Mercury giggled, “Don’t worry,” she said kindly, “it’s gone now”. Ami sighed in relief. “So what are you still doing here?” She asked. “I’m here to protect you”. Mercury answered. “But, I thought…” Ami interrupted, but Mercury continued to talk. “You’re still not ready, so I have to teach you to become a stronger Sailor Senshi”. “Ok” Ami replied.
Mercury sat on the side of her bed. “I remember when I was fourteen, I became a Sailor Senshi by someone I only met for a few hours”. “Oh” Ami replied to Mercury’s story. Then Mercury turned to Ami. “But that was a long time ago, thousands of years ago”. Mercury looked at the sunlight. “And, you remind me of myself when I was your age”, Mercury sighed, “Smart, kind and sweet”. Ami laughs softly. “Wow, looks like we had so much in common” she said “It’s like were sisters”. Mercury smiled sweetly. “I thought so too…” Both of them started laughing.
Chapter II: Rei and Guardian Mars
Late that morning Rei was in her bed, reading her romance books, when the door opened. It was Mars, who was holding a tray with pancakes and syrup, plus hot chocolate. Mars went to Rei and placed the tray in front of her.
“I made breakfast for you,” Mars said kindly, “I hope you like it”. Rei smiled at Mars, thanking her and started eating.
“This is good!” Rei said in delight. “Thanks,” Mars answered “But I’m not as good as Mako-chan”. “Oh” Rei replied. Then something bothered her and put down her utensils. “Hino-san”. “Yes, what’s wrong?” Mars asked to Rei. “Your being so kind, usually you had a pretty bad temper before and all of a sudden your being so kind, why?” Rei answered. Mars sat at the side of her bed and smiled. “I usually have a bad temper because of Serenity or Usagi” she continued, “But I’m kind because I care for the people I love and hate, including Usagi”. “Oh” Rei said. “Someday you will understand, ok?” Mars answered nicely. Rei nodded. “Did you used to live here, a long time ago?” “Yes I did live here” Mars answered Rei’s question, “I was a shrine priestess before and after I became a Sailor Senshi”. Mars looked up and remembered the good times when she was Rei’s age. “It was fun, hanging out with my friends, having long arguments with Usagi…” Mars sighed. “Oh, are you finished, Rei-chan?” Mars asked. Rei gave the empty tray of plates to Rei and went off to clean the dishes.
Chapter III: Makoto and Guardian Jupiter
Makoto, also was sitting in her bed, was waiting for Jupiter to come. Then she finally arrived with delicious food.
“Here you go” She said to Makoto, “I made it especially for you”.
“Thanks”. Makoto replied to her and ate. “Wow, I’ve never eaten anything like it before!” “That’s good to hear”, Jupiter said happily, “One day, you’ll be as good as me”. “Cool!” Makoto said. “ So, were you a natural expert in cooking Kino-san?” Jupiter smiled, “Yup, but cooking relaxes me especially being the tough one”. “Wow, I’m like that too”, Makoto said, “I always get into trouble for fighting with bullies and end up getting detentions”. Jupiter laughed. “You know, I got kicked out of my old school for fighting and that’s when I met Usagi-chan and the others”. “Really?” Makoto asked. “Yeah, and then after meeting Usagi-chan I became a Sailor Senshi when I was fighting with the youma”. Cool!” Makoto replied. Then she started to frown. “Kino-san, I’m sorry about what happened before”. “Jupiter touched her on the shoulders, “Don’t worry, I’m sorry for striking you with lightning bolts, it was a test to see if you were strong enough to transform into a Sailor Senshi”. Makoto nodded at Jupiter. “I’m finished now, Kino-san, here”. Makoto gave Jupiter the finished plates and the two went off together to clean up.
Chapter IV: Minako and Guardian Venus
Venus was waiting for Minako finish getting changed, but there was just one problem…
“My clothes don’t fit anymore!” Minako yelled out to Venus as she slammed open the bathroom door, “ And it’s all you and your stinking Guardian friend’s fault!”
“That’s Neo-Queen Serenity that you are talking about young lady!” Venus said angrily “So you just shut up and wear this!” She threw clothes right in Minako’s face and took it off her face with anger. “FINE!!” Minako said loudly and slammed the door. Venus was still angry, after a few second she calmed down and sighed. She sat on the edge of the bed in loneliness. Minako slowly opened the door and saw Venus, silently crying in her bed. She had realized that she got really angry with someone who she really admired and went to Venus to apologize. “Aino-san,” she said softly “I’m really sorry for arguing with you” and started to cry as well. Venus looked at her and hugged her tight. “It’s ok, don’t worry Minako-chan”, she said in tears “I’m sorry too”. Minako and Venus still kept embracing each other, as if they were like mother and daughter. “You really admire me because of my singing and looks, right?” Venus asked Minako. The two let go of each other, Minako nodded. “I wanted to be just like you, until I found out that I’m related to you”. Minako answered. Venus smiled at her and smiled back.
Chapter V: The Akuma-Shi
The next day, Usagi met with the others at Crystal Juuban Middle School (they are now fourteen). They all waved Rei goodbye as she went off to her school.
“So what are we gonna do today?” Usagi asked Makoto, Minako and Ami.
“I know, do some sports”, Makoto said as she punched her fist with her hands.
“Oh even better, sing in the contest”, Minako said in excitement.
“Do some studying…” Ami finally answered. The three looked at Ami scornfully. “Uh…um…maybe we should do something else instead…” Ami said quickly and laughed in embarrassment.
Just then, a group of boys were pushed aside by four snobby looking girls. The one on the far left had raven hair and had a really mean attitude. The girl next to her had brown hair, tied up with a black hair tie. The next girl had blue hair just like Ami. She wore square glasses and was reading her book while walking. The last girl had long blonde hair and wore a black bow on her hair. Usagi, Ami, Makoto and Minako saw them walk by, looking at them suspiciously. “Who are they?” Usagi asked.
“I heard they transferred here”. Ami said behind her.
“Eh?” The three replied in shock. Then the bell rang to begin school.
Usagi and Minako were in the same class. Then the teacher came in with the blonde and raven-haired girls the met a few minutes before. Usagi and Minako were shocked that they were in their class.
“Students, I would like you to meet Akumai Okanim and Akumahi Ier, they come from the Crystal Tokyo Castle, so they are fairly rich”, The teacher pointed to the two new girls, “Okanim, please take your seats next to…Ai-san and Ier can sit behind”. The two sat in their seats. Minako felt scared, Okanim was staring at her evilly.
“I’m watching you…and soon I will kill you”. She said to her. Minako gulped in fear.
In Ami and Makoto’s class, a similar thing happened.
“Ima can sit next to Mizu-san and Otokam can sit next to Ki-san”. The two girls sat in their allocated seats. Ima then, stared at Ami evilly, as if she was her competetor.
“You seem like a stupid genius”. Ima said. “What did you say to me?” Ami said angrily.
Makoto had the same feeling with Otokam.
“Someday, I will rip you apart like a fierce dog!” Otokam taunted. Makoto became even angrier.
Usagi, Ami and Makoto were walking in the hallway when Minako started running to them and hid behind Usagi.
“Minako-chan”, Usagi said, “What’s wrong?” Minako pointed behind them and turned around. They saw Okanim, who made a killing gesture to Minako. Minako became scared and gulped again. “Oh”. Usagi answered and saw Ami acting suspicious. Just then a young girl form Ami and Makoto’s class came to them.
“I found out who those new girls are!” She said to the four “They are called the Akuma-Shi, meaning the ‘Four Devils’, I heard they are employees for the Queen and somehow, they seem to be spies looking for someone or something…” “Are you patronizing us?” Ima said to the girl as she walked by. “Uh…no…I was just talking to these girls and um…aaah!” The girl was being choked by Ima and started lifting her with just one hand. “Stop it!” Usagi said to Ima, “Don’t hurt her!” Ima let go of the girl and walked off. Usagi, Minako and Makoto went to her aid. Ami ran to Ima. “Don’t walk away, apologize to her!” Ami said angrily at Ima. “I don’t apologize to anyone”. Ima said calmly and walked off again. Ami became so angry that she wanted to hit her. “Oh, and don’t think about hitting me”. Ima walked off yet again. “Damn It!” Ami said in defeat.
Chapter VII: Discussion with the Guardians
In the peaceful Guardian Shrine, Mercury was sitting on her headstone, where her body was laid, reading one of Ami’s books when everyone arrived.
“Guardian Mercury, we need your help!” Ami yelled out to Mercury.
“What’s the matter?” Mercury asked to everyone, “What happened?”
“There were these really evil girls, who were so scary that everyone in school seems to be afraid of them!” Usagi said quickly.
“They were threatening to kill us!” Minako said in sudden fear.
“They were taunting us!” Makoto said angrily.
“I don’t even know who they are…” Rei replied. “That’s because you go to a different school, you idiot”. Usagi answered to Rei. “Oh, I’ll get you, you little…!” And Rei started tackling Usagi, causing a big fight between the two. Mercury and Ami shook her heads, Jupiter, Venus, Makoto and Minako sighed while Mars and Serenity whistled to ignore their descendents fighting.
Chapter VIII: The Dark Senshi
“All of you are total idiots!” A voice replied. Rei and Usagi stopped fighting and all of them saw four girls in front of them. Minako shrieked “It’s the Akuma-Shi!!!” Okanim saw the Guardians in surprise.
“So you must be the dead former Senshi that our Queen told us about”. The Guardians became angry.
“And you must be the girls that were threatening our descendents at school, you’ll pay for that!” Jupiter replied and dashed off to attack the Akuma-Shi. “Jupiter-san don’t, they’re way stronger than we are…”. Makoto called out to Jupiter, but it was too late. Otokam stopped Jupiter blow and pushed her back. “Jupiter, are you ok?” Serenity asked. “Damn It!” Jupiter replied. The Akuma-Shi laughed evilly and started to glow in dark aura. “Let us introduce ourselves, we are the Akuma-Shi”. The four raised their dark sticks up high. The Guardians noticed that they were holding transformation stick that they used to have when they first became Sailor Senshi, but they were black.
“Dark Mercury Power, Make Up!” Streams of dark water transformed Ima. “I am Dark Sailor Mercury and I will put you in dark, cold water”. Ami and Mercury gasped in shock.
“Dark Jupiter Power, Make Up!” Dark lightning transformed Otokam. “I’m Dark Sailor Jupiter and you’re dead”. Makoto and Jupiter became even angrier than usual.
“Dark Mars Power, Make Up!” Rings of dark fire surrounded Ier and transformed. “I am Dark Sailor Mars, prepare yourself to be burned to hell!” Rei and Mars got really angry.
“Dark Venus Power, Make Up!” Streams of dark aura surrounded Okanim and transformed. “I’m Dark Sailor Venus, leader of the Dark Sailor Senshi and we will send you all to hell!”
The five girls were ready to transform.
“Are you ready, you five, this is your first battle”. Serenity said to the girls. The five nodded and raised their brooches.
“Guardian Venus Power, Make Up!” Minako transformed into Sailor Venus.
“Guardian Jupiter Power, Make Up!” Makoto transformed into Sailor Jupiter.
“Guardian Mercury Power, Make Up!” Ami transformed into Sailor Mercury.
“Guardian Mars Power, Make Up!” Rei transformed into Sailor Mars.
“Usagi-chan, ready?” Serenity asked Usagi. “Guardian Moon Power, Make Up!” Usagi transformed into Sailor Moon. “We are the new Sailor Senshi!” Sailor Moon replied to the Dark Sailor Senshi, “In the name of the original Sailor Senshi and the Moon, we will punish you all!!”
Chapter IX: The Fight
“Venus, Hate-Me Chain” Dark Sailor Venus attacked Guardian and Sailor Venus with a dark aura covered chain.
“So that’s the evil version of my ‘Love-Me Chain’, Sailor Venus use ‘Crescent Beam’ now!” Venus replied.
“Crescent Beam!!” Sailor Venus shot a beam and hit Dark Venus’ arm. “Shoot!” Dark Venus answered. “Dark Crescent Beam!!” She shot a dark crescent beam but Venus reflected it. “Ok, now your just copying my old moves, as a Guardian, here’s a new move…Venus, Love Heart Blast!!” A large heart shaped beam blasted Dark Venus and fell onto the ground. “Wow, is that a Guardian move?” Sailor Venus asked. “Yup, it is!” Venus replied and smiled.
“Dark Supreme Thunder!” Dark Sailor Jupiter shot out dark lightning from her rod but missed Guardian and Sailor Jupiter.
“Is that the best you’ve got?” Sailor Jupiter asked, “Sparkling Wide Pressure!!” The ball of lightning hit Dark Jupiter with a direct hit. “That’s it, Dark Wide Pressure!!” The dark ball of lightning hit Sailor Jupiter directly as well and fell onto the ground. Jupiter got really mad. “How dare you hurt her, you’ll pay!!” “Oh yeah, try me!” Dark Jupiter taunted. Jupiter got even madder, “Jupiter, Lightning Stream!!” Streams of lightning fell from the sky and hit Dark Jupiter. Jupiter ran to Sailor Jupiter, who was lying down on the floor. “Are you alright?” she asked. Sailor Jupiter nodded “Just barely…”
Dark Sailor Mercury started attacking Guardian and Sailor Mercury. “Dark Aqua Illusion!” Dark splashes of water vainly missed them.
“Be careful Sailor Mercury” Mercury replied, “Use Shine Aqua Illusion!”
“Shine Aqua Illusion!!” Sailor Mercury called out but Dark Mercury dodged it and went in front of Sailor Mercury. Then, Dark Mercury punched Sailor Mercury on the face and fell onto the grass. Mercury became shocked and then angry. “How dare you punch her!!” Mercury yelled out to Dark Mercury in tears, “Mercury, Aqua Mirage!!” The blast of water hit Dark Mercury and fell onto the ground. “Guardian Mercury, is that your move?” Sailor Mercury said as she got up. “Yes, but I only used it once when I was a Senshi”.
“Dark Fire Soul!!” The flames missed Guardian and Sailor Mars.
“‘Dark Fire Soul’?” Mars replied, “It must be a evil version of my old attack ‘Fire Soul’, Sailor Mars, use ‘Burning Mandala’ now!”
“Burning Mandala!!” The blasts of fire slightly burned the side of Dark Mars. “Alright then, Dark Burning Mandala!!” The dark blast of fire hit Sailor Mars on the stomach burning part of her uniform. “ You’ll pay for that!” Mars yelled out, “Mars, Burning Arrow!!” The fast flaming arrow made a direct hit at Dark Mars’ stomach and fell. “That is for hurting Sailor Mars!”
Meanwhile, Serenity and Sailor Moon were watching the entire fight.
“We are gonna send them away!” Serenity answered.
“But how?” Sailor Moon asked. Serenity smiled at her, “With the power of the Silver Crystal of course”. Serenity created a scepter for Sailor Moon. “What is that?” Sailor Moon pointed out to the scepter. “This is the Lunar Scepter, use its light to drive away the Dark Senshi!”
“Lunar Twilight Drive!!” Sailor Moon called out. A flash of light drove away the Dark Senshi and disappeared. Sailor Moon became exhausted. “Don’t worry, you’ll get used to the scepter”. Serenity said to Sailor Moon.
“So, they’re the ones who work for Kousagi”. Mars answered. “Who are they?” Minako asked in question. “Why are they after us?” Makoto asked in anger. “More importantly, how did they come into existence?” Mercury said logically. All ten starred at the rising sun.
“A new rise of evil has begun…” Kousagi answered, “Soon, I will destroy the new Sailor Senshi and prove to my mother that I am more powerful than her, and the Guardians”. Then Kousagi started laughing really loud.
