I wanted to calculate Lexy's value on tektek, but it broke down on me. I was crushed by the falling concrete masonry and had to be rushed to the hospital, where I was told that the only thing that would save me was my cellphone. My parents proceeded to force me manually out of my hospital bed and order me to find it. With my cellphone safely placed in its recharger, I crawled back into my quiet room, thinking I was safe. But then, in a whirl of color and noise, a pink-bathing-suit-wearing sister was dumped on my exhausted lap. My parents said something along the lines of "goinouttakecareofsisbyehavenicedaypayexpenseswithowncash" then proceeded to whirlwind out again. After an hour of Mario Cart, (a loathsome game at which Lexy kicks a** with her feet, and Bubbles just kicks a**) which was a failed attempt to keep my sister occupied, my knight in shining armor sailed through the door, and was immediately hushed by a nurse. Thus quieted, he approached the bed where I was lying in wait with a tender look in his eyes, and politely slash cutely asked for a massage. After poking his stiff muscles for 15 minutes, I ordered him to take a bath, as the bug-off scent clinging to his hair was making me sick. In this time my sister had decided to steal the computer, my only source of fun. As I moped around, not able nor willing to leave my hospital cot, my parents rushed back in. This time they paused long enough to say "You're going to UBC pool now." In a rush, I appeared on the edge of UBC pool, dazed and exhausted. After spending an hour and a half where I could barely move, my sister tried to drown me, and my knight tried to rescue me from drowning, we were ushered out and told that my knight would be going home. Hair a-tangle, I wished I could at least say goodbye as he was whisked off. Then, seeking immediate solace, I flopped dejectedly into the computer chair where I now reside, exhausted and resentful of the need to move in order to get to bed. I should probably go to sleep.

Translation:
Our phone was down when we got back from out camping trip, I saw Bubbles today for the first time in a week, my sister is a terrible baby-sat, swimming is only fun if you have energy when it starts.

For a month, from the begining of August (now) to the beginning of september, I will be in France with my family. My internet connection there will be jerky at best. This is to inform as many of my friends (and aquaintances) as I can that I will not be able to respond to any comments or messages of yours. Though I am very grateful for every one of them and will do my very best to reply to everything once I have returned. This is likely the last time any of you will receive a message from me for awhile.

I had to wake up today. Nyeergh... yesterday...

And considering how late I've been going to bed, it wasn't good. But then I played videogames all day, and one of my friends helped me and Bubbles finish the third storyline, and so now we're done the game! In five days! Egads!

We watched flash animations too. XP Ultimate Naruto Fan Flash 4, The Real Legend of Zelda, Pokemon in a Nutshell, some Harry Potter one I've forgotten the name of, it was beautyful! Oh yeah, and Final Fantasy A+. (Such an exellent flash. Here. It's the best of the lot.)

Ah yeas, the reason I woke up. The deadly report cards have arrived! I did much better than I expected. (Not straight A's or anything.(I'm looking at YOU Janine.)) But it was pretty good. So shopping for me, with the money I've earned!

Anna gave me her gift today. Kakashi gloves. If they weren't falling apart at the seams and didn't ridiculously impede my finger's dexterity, I would never take them off. They're the official cosplay ones. *squee* And I love them!

Bweh, anyways. I'm actually tired tonight, so I'm gonna go sleep now. Night!

Edit: The sketch mentionned in my previous journal worked out okay, though it has some major flaws. It's cool looking, but I may just use it's flaws as an excuse to re-draw it anyways. I might post it on deviant if I get one I like. Ta!

I played lots of Sonic today. I mean LOTS. I've now finished both the hero and dark storylines. *pride* I'm currently still obsessing.

I also read some webcomic archives. They did a Sonic spoof in one. I have now officially fangirled my fourth character. Or will do so now:



He was just an average 'fav char' from a webcomic, just like any other. Until they did the sonic spoof. He was... you guessed it. Or Johanne did anyways. Knuckles. <333
And he was smexy. For a cartoon character anyhow. Like a Kuckles anthro with a mask. <3 Bweh, I love being obsessed. I'll have to sketch him some later. A normal him and a Knuckles him. Bweeheehee.

I didn't mention my ocarina in my last post! gonk Oops!

When my family and I were in Seattle on Friday, we went to the public market for an afternoon. I bought a Zelda replica ocarina. (ocarina of time) It looks quite a lot like the real thing, and it plays beautifully. My repertoire now includes Blowing in the Wind, Scarborough Faire, and The Song of Time.

I played videogames today too. I'm gonna be amused by this game for a long while. Such a great game. *whee* I'm trying my hardest to get an "A" at radical highway (a Shadow level, very fast paced) But have only managed a "B" so far. T.T

At music lesson today I showed the teacher my ocarina and he said he'd try to get the music sheet for Scarborough Faire so we could play it together with different instruments. It's such a pretty song, and it sounds really celtic in the trilling notes of the ocarina.

Aside from that, I read the first 27 pages of the "Link is a Girl" thread, then got bored. It did amuse me for a long while though.

Hopefully in the morning my dark power chao will have evolved. He (she, it?) is sky blue, and I'm planning on breeding he/she/it with Cain, my red hero running type chao. I'm trying to get good graded offspring. I'm also going to buy another egg after this to raise into a neutral chao. I'm not sure what I'm gonna make it yet though, probably swimming or flying. That reminds me! Phea evolved (my hero swimming chao) and she and Abel (dark, flying) are being very successful in their tree farm! So far one tree that grows triangle fruits and one almost-grown that I've forgotten what it is. sweatdrop

My day was very interesting. (For me) I highly recommend buying this game. It combines
1) Fast-paced gameplay (very very good)
2) First person shooters (reasonably good)
3) Puzzles (reasonably good)
4) Cute things (MEGA-AWESOME good)
5) Extensive amounts of gameplay (All exellent)
and 6) A pretty decent multiplayer.
That and it has decent graphics.

That's my rant! I'm done for now, see you whenever I post another journal!

EDIT: I just remembered I still havent gone to Anna's. *bangs head against wall*

So Sonic Adventure 2 battle arrived in the mail yesterday. Until this afternood I'd been playing it non stop, leaving the den only to eat and sleep. My mom decided we needed to go shopping, so we did. For clothes. For me. Witch I needed. Really. Anyways, yeah. I got some good pants. (I always need more, I can never find ones that fit me.)

Then I came home and played videogames some more with Bubbles. Funfun. We've gotten thrity-some emblems now and have six chao, one each of hero and dark evolved. Their names are Cain and Abel. Heh. Cain is the hero. I'm not sure if that's biblically correct or not, but I could check. I just won't, instead. It's 1:30 in the morning after all. It can't really be expected of me. That game is really fun. Bubbles became obssessed with routes 101 and 280 (the rouge and tails racing levels) and I became obsessed with radical highway. I will get that "A" someday! I keep thinking I've done it perfectly only to get a "B" and not know why. It's very annoying.

I also gave Bubbles a singing lesson. Didn't work great, but he's got a good ear for music, witch helps. He knows when he's doing it wrong, if not how to fix it.

I forgot to go to Anna's yard sale to pick up my gift from her today. Rats. I just remembered that now. *sigh* I'll have to do it tommorow. Or is that today? Gah, I should really go to sleep. Problem is I don't feel tired. Damn puberty.

Ah well, goodnight all. Untill I post another journal, if ever.

I'm tired and it's one in the morning. I really don't want to be on no more. So I'm gonna leave now. stare
