Yes. Another one. Did this in 1 hour, 45 min.(kept screwing it up). I am actually a little happy with this one because it's rare for me to do FB chibis. I usually do headshot chibis but I'm happy with this one. It's not my best piece of work but it is pretty high up there on my list of favorites. And yes, the hair looks like crap. Get over it. Done on PaintTool SAI because I have no idea how to use photoshop.
I did this because I was bored. Terrible isn't it? The only thing on here that I'm proud of are the lips and even those look sloppy >__<
