Clan Leader: Hoshi Ryoku
Description:Originally criminals from the village hidden in the snow. They would come to Konhoa just to steal and destroy property because they were jealous of the leaf village and had disrespect for the authority. The Ryoku clan was always on the run by stealing and then running. However one day the entire clan had tried to pull a big operation beintg told where Konhoa would be keeping all of their wealth. Like morons they were tipped by the Akatsuki. The Ryoku clan was easily defeated and had a seal put on them. This seal would continue to exist in them until they broke it or were killed. The seal was put on them by Konhoa's most powerful clan the Uchiha. However putting a seal on the Ryoku clan would prove to be taboo.
Because they could only use their half potential due to the seal blocking their greatest attributes. They had become in a lazy and useless state. They were known as the weakest clan through out the land. They were dull boring and basically easy to be killed. They'd be nesting and knew the enemy was coming and wouldn't move a muscle because they would be too lazy to fight back and be killed. One day just before they were slaughterd a ninja finally broke the seal. In the blink of an eye took out black ops of the hidden cloud village. Ever since then all people born in to this clan have a seal put on them by their own family members to only let them use half their potential. Its like a chakra and physical weight preventing them from using their true power. However once the seal is broken their hidden potential rises. With this the Ryoku's clan becomes just the opposite of the Uchiha in the village. The Ryoku clan became not the powerfullest, but the fastest in all of leaf village.
This also means their bodies are at top physical capabilities and when the seal is broken, they make up for the half not being able to be used by gaining another extra half.For instance at birth and up to until they learn how to break the seal, they will be at fifty percent strength, speed and chakra...this does not limit intellegence. This will continue to hinder them until they can break the seal. But once broken they will function at 150%. Because of having the seal on them it is considerd a handicap and when taken off their bodies produce more muscle fiber and can put strain on their muscles alot more. This is what makes them formittable opponents becuase of being in a lazy state saying their slow is taboo. Just like something can be so cold its hot, its like saying something is so slow its fast. Because of having a stronger body then any other clan and hindering themselve's so harshly at birth they are known to be masters of the Lotus technique.
Since they have found out how to break their seals they are able to perform the lotus techniques with out consequences. And they have modified it to come up with different alterations to the technique. However being able to use the lotus automatically there are some draw backs. They can only deliver a three step attack. If they go any farther than three steps they will then start to feel the affects. However to them it is worth it since their speed cannot be topped. They are often sent on Recon missions and assassinations as well as message giving since they are so fast. Because of their skills they are known as the fastest clan in Konhoa.
Bloodline Limit:
Seal Break:By simply putting their hands together and their pointing fingers straight into the air. It comes natural when ready to break the seal.
Omote Renge//Frontal Lotus:Is a Taijutsu techinque which was forbidden due to the strain it puts on a ninja's body.In the Ryoku clan it is completly acceptable when using the weaker forms. By opening the first of the Celestial Gates, the Initial Gate, the ninja is able to release the restraints in the brain and push the body farther.This is automatic for the Ryoku clan when they break their seal.Increases ninjas speed and power. With a quick dash their suddenly below the target, a quick upward kick sends the opponent skyward. The ninja then jumps into the air to place his chest to the back of his opponent. The ninja then wraps their arms and bandages around the opponent to prevent escape. As the pair begin their fall back to earth, they begin to spin downward at a high rate of speed, driving the opponent head first into the ground. At the last moment they release the bandages and jump to the clear. Though the technique injures his opponent, it also takes its toll on normal ninjas body but the Ryoku clan isn't affected.
Koutetsu Renge//Armored Lotus:A tai jutsu which is also a three step technique to prevent the ninja from entering harm.The first step is to utilize their un paralleled speed to ram their opponent with strong opposing force to send them sliding backwards and causes them banlance loss.Second the ninja instantly the ninja appears beind the oppenent still sliding opponent making it to the stopping point before they do t stop them from escaping. Third the bandages are wrapped up against them but alot more loose than the frontal lotus.In an instant the ninja pulls the bandages and throws them with immense strength.
Hoshi Renge//Star Lotus:This technique was created by their newest clan leader Hoshi Ryoku. She developed a way to act as if they were a gigantic meteor. It was more for show like making it there in a spectacular way at just the right moment. But it has developed into a deadly technique. The ninja jumps high into the air gaining the ability to do so by breaking their seal and wraps themself up. twisting uncontrollably they act as if their using the lotus on themselve's. This technique is used to ambush a group of enemies. The attack utilizes immense chkra and pile drives the ninja using it straigh into the ground creating a crater. If the ninja get away they will not escape the amount of heat and air pressure sending their retreating bodies flying.
