Hi, workers! It's me, obviously. This is about the last announcement that I posted. (Please check it out)
Okay. "Worker clean-out" is not me releasing people or "firing" them. I'm actually just going around to see who is staying, and who is going.
There seems to be a lot of inactivity, though I know a few of you are on hiatus and that is not what I mean. ^^" I just mean, people haven't really been by the thread, doing their tekteks in a timely manner.
This is also NOT a hate message. : P I'm not trying to sound mean... and if I am, I do NOT mean to be and I am sorry if you take it that way. Just sayin', ya know? This happens.

The reason why I am offering for people to take their leave is because there have been other job applicants. Of course they will only be hired if one of you all decide to leave. I do not want any of you replaced, I just want truly and honestly dedicated workers, ya know?
Now being on hiatus is NOT what I mean with inactivity. I hope you guys understand this. If you're on hiatus, I am not talking with you. (Your name is just on the list because EVERY worker is on the list.) I am also not talking to those who have been REALLY active. Who chat in the thread, who bump in the thread, etc.
But I am talking about those who just visit every once in awhile. Sometimes they do their tekteks, and sometimes they don't.

Once again, I'm not mad. Or thinking of firing anyone.

The bottom line is: Do you want to quit? Tell me now and your name will be removed. But no worries, if you ever want to join again, you will be pushed in the front of the line for a worker waiting list.

Just let me know, okay?

I hope this PM was clear. If not, well, I've made it as clear as it is going to get so you're just gonna have to go with me. :]
